Brittney the manager on duty tonight was EXTREMELY rude!!! I went in to fulfill an order that they already messed up. I live 40 minutes away so I haven't been in the area. I rarely ever am. Since it had been 2 months ago that my order was delivered with items added that weren't part of the order (veggie bowl with MEAT!) I called immediately and was told sure come in with receipt and we will replace your order, no questions asked. Absolutely NO mention of a time frame. After trying to receive my correct order that I already paid for Iām told by Brittney we canāt honor after 1 week. I sure would have liked to been told that by the manager I spoke with 2 months ago when I called and wasnāt given a time frame! I showed her the receipt... she notices my town (delivery address) and her first remark was āyou have to go there" No! I live there. You guys messed up my order. I saw this as her way to immediately dismiss me and not deal with me. Not a very professional manager! So then I prove to her where I called the store when this happened and was on the phone 3 minutes. But Since the order was placed via grub hub when I told her I called and literally showed her the phone number via Google she insisted it was a Grub hub number. Then looking at the number which Cleary showed a 740 area code she had the audacity to insist it was an out of state phone number.. the number on Google in FACT says CHIPOTLE!!! So in spite of all this my husband takes out his card to pay. The cashier doesnāt take his payment. We stormed out of there. Extremely rude customer service and will NOT be back. Having all the proof I did I would think a manager would honor what Iām told and not act like it comes out of her paycheck!!! She was instead very argumentative!!! Horrible...

When we went to order this time the online order kiosk would only let us set pick up for 11:50am. Our lunch is at 11:30am and always has been. This was one inconvenience. I called the store to make a carry out order, and the lady said they don't take call in orders only online orders starting at 11:50am. This is a new feature because we have always ordered for pickup at 11:20am. After being very rude over the phone with her telling me she don't know what to tell me, I then took our entire list of burritos to order them on the spot and they were very short staffed (2 people) for a Friday lunch rush. There was one girl in particular which was VERY rude to all of the customers including us. She was working the line and was wearing glasses! She acted like us walking through that door just ruined her day! I am very upset at the service that was provided to us because we are such dedicated customers! Also, we ordered chips and salsa and the chips were so hard that no on could even eat them. So we lost out on about $10 for crappy chips! I am also unhappy that because of that service Chipotle in Lancaster will be off the the weekly ordering list! I sure hope they can get their employees in line or they are going to be...

The first night the rude counter girl flat out refused to make more steak because well she didn't give a reason it was just the rule of law at that point and they ran out of cheese, I sent an email to their corporate feedback email asking why is there no manager to oversee employees after like 7pm in the evening? Why are the trained night time employees running out of staples like white rice, cheese, and steak and refusing to get more? I came in a second night thinking it can't be as bad as last night, it was worse, first off don't be that guy that orders 3 kids meals 2 burritos and 2 bowls for his whole wh1tetrash family back at the mobile park, but after he crashed thru and took all the remaining food the employees inform us it will be 30 minutes for more rice. I've made rice a thousand times and nothing about it takes 30 goddamn minutes to make. The employees are rude, run down, look like they'd rather eat a bullet than a burrito bowl, I've never seen such dead eyes on an open kitchen line. Why are they all so miserable? Probably because they don't have enough food to do their jobs I guess, but do yourself a favor and don't go here after 5:30 pm and expect to see a smile or for them to have any cheese in stock.
