KFC — Restaurant in Greenfield Township

Update Sept 17,2023 the new funnel cake fries are awful! It's like chewing on a greasy rope of kfc flavored gum! Also I wasn't happy with the way I was treated when I had to go inside because they didn't put the extra 12 nuggets and funnel cake fries I paid for in my drive thru order. I shouldn't have to tell them I wasn't lying about getting the nuggets, that's absolutely ridiculous!! I told them twice that I promised I wasn't hiding 12 nuggets in my car!! So while all this back and forth is going on, the rest of my food is getting cold. I wasn't expecting such a bad experience since the last few times I've gone to KFC have been awesome. Sadly, not so much this time.

Update July 2-Ordered inside, only 3 people but I was still in there for 20 minutes which seems excessive. But the food was very good! We got the new $20 fill up box with the nuggets, fries, biscuits and chicken. It was the perfect amount and variety for our family. Those new nuggets are really good, even better than I thought they'd be. So all that made up for the long wait. We will definitely be ordering that again!!

Fresh and hotter than normal. Probably due to 14 cars ahead of us in drive-thru. The line went allot faster than I anticipated, approx 10 minutes! It would be nice if they had carryout or curbside to serve...

For the last decade the quality of service of this specific KFC has been very lackluster. The portions of the food are very small considering how much the meal is. The chicken strips are usually very thin and contain very little meat. The mac and cheese tasted like it was reheated. The soda machines were nearly empty so all the drinks were gross. The BBQ sauce on the chicken was very gritty like sand and tasted strange. Not sure what happened there. They have sauce options and the picture clearly shows the sauce in cups. When I asked for my sauce to be in a cup, They said they don't do that. Don't show sauce in a damn cup if you're not allowed to serve it separate. My mom got chicken that was broken and jagged. It was basically a choking hazard. As that was going on, every time we ate there an employee was sweeping the floor near our table where dust can rise up and get on our food. They didn't have any lids for drinks either. Terrible quality control at this KFC. Will not...

Don't bother ordering ahead unless you enjoy cold food. I placed an order online to be picked up at 6:30pm but when I got there at 6:25pm the drive through line was wrapped all the way around to the road. After reading the large sign on the door that read "We're open take out only" I assumed you could walk in to pick up your take out order so I parked. When I got to the doors I found that they were locked so I had to get back in the drive through line 3 cars behind where I had been previously. I'm not the only one that read the sign this way either as I watched 2 more people do the same thing while I was waiting. I didn't get my food, which was probably ready at 6:30pm, until 7 pm so it was cold by the time I got it home to my family. To top it off, they only gave me 1 gravy when I ordered 2 orders of mashed potatoes and gravy and the 1 I did get was obviously watered down. I used to love KFC but all this is not worth the $40+ I always...
