As a faithful returning customer, who fell in love from my first visit, ordering a certain drink every visit. TODAY'S (10/02/24) visit/experience however, was legit sooo DISAPPOINTING. I pay OVER $7ea on just ONE of My drinks, it's been prepared exactly as it should, NEVER had an issue prior & always delt with very friendly staff! Wellll. TODAY, I order my usual + another of the same, the girl randomly asked if I wanted caramel...I specifically say "Oohh NO, ONLY the sweet cold foam please, THAT'S IT!" ...Super confused, as no one's ever asked me that when ordering, i brush it off like maybe she's new. I pay, then patiently waiting for pure bliss...another girl delivers 2 large drinks to my truck, NEVER has this drinks looked or came like that, especially when I specifically said NO CARAMEL!!! I can't stand caramel syrup! I was completely at a loss for words when I see there's jus completely covered IN & ON TOP of the cold foam. I was immediately upset. 2 of the 3 staff members were completely rude, acting like extremely snotty little teenage girls wanted to actually try & argue with me...like I was the one in the wrong. Even handing one of the drinks back to me. Like what??!!?? Your gonna treat me poorly like it's MY fault, like idk what I ordered & then NOT try to make it right??? Crazyy FR! Like you rude, snotty teenage girls...Unbelievable. She did finally take mine specifically cause the caramel completely ruined it. It was like I was forcing her to make my drink properly, smh. They hand me another one...this time, there's next to no sweet cold foam! Like I've spent a RIDICULOUS amount for a simple, NOT at all difficult Iced coffee...& this is the way those young hateful, unkind & flat out Disrespectful teenage girls treat your loyal customers??!!!?? I'll take my business back to Starbucks or Tim Hortons...be dang if before I allow to be treated like that....
   Read morei had the worst experience and i hope it was just a one time thing. my friends and i went and ordered 5 drinks between us. we asked for separate orders, shouldnt have been a problem or at least should have told us if it was, so after we wait for 25 mins to order and we get up to the guy to pay and he has no clue how to separate the orders which i figured would have already been done, he was completely clueless on how to do anything and wasnât even going to ask for help until i told him to go ask one of the other girls. so he charged my friend for her two drinks and then it had already taken so long i just said to put the rest on mine (3 drinks, 13.25) so i get charged 22.75 for 5 drinks , two more i didnât order. there were 3 people back and forth the whole time trying to figure it out and they were getting no where. they were all completely clueless and i understand people are being trained and they were short staffed, but im not sure looking at the straws and playing w them was the right thing to be doing. after we were there for about 40 mins and i finally said i needed to leave and i wanted a full refund. they took the ipad back to work on the refund (which i appreciated) but the guy stood there clueless of course and had no clue where his ipad went. so i again told him that i had to leave and at that point i was so over whatever drinks we got, we then left with two extra drinks we didnât ask for and missing two drinks i did order. we were there for almost 50 minutes, hopefully that can get it...

Today I came through order a caramel cold Brew with cold foam and they gave me a mocha. As they take your phone number every time you come here, they know that weâre repeat customers tip and everything. I got a block up the street turned around and came back and simply just wanted it made the right way.. It turned into a couple high school girls coming up to the Car the beverage they gave me initially in the back, and then proceeded to come back to the car with the same coffee, saying that I was wrong And that the The caramel cold brew is lighter than the mocha. We mixed it up because it had cold foam. Which made the initial coffee lighter in color. I turned around and said Im A chef and I know the difference between Carmel and mocha flavoring. Can I please have the beverage That we ordered. I then wait about two minutes and their manager comes out and tells me not to get rude and cuss at his staff. I would never cuss at an underage worker let alone I simply just wanted my coffee replaced. Then got dirty, looks and told by the other customers not to come here if we donât Like it.
