Okay, where to start? Lol The girl taking our order was new, I get that.. BUT she seemed bothered that she even had to take our order, and pretty much started out with 'ok, whatdoya want?' (In a snarky way) once finished she didnt say thank you or wait down there, nothing, just stared at me.... ackward... so we moved down to wait on our food. 40 mins later... (there were 3 ppl ahead of us plus idk how many online orders they did, alot!) We got our food. I'm glad I checked it before we left because our subs were all wrong and my mac and cheese was not there. So I didn't complain about our subs but I did ask for my mac and cheese, 10 more mins later I watch as they squeeze my mac and cheese from a bag into a cup and give it to me .... ok so we get home (we live about 5 mins away) and start to eat, the subs, even though they were wrong, were still really good (even if they were a bit skimpy in my opinion) the bread is amazing!! But my mac and cheese was still frozen in the middle and soupy, did not look like the pic on the menu at all, in any way. Yuck, save your money on the mac and cheese! Anyway I spent about $45 on 3 lg subs 1 sm and a mac and cheese......... I dont think I'll be going back, atleast not for a while, until they get the kinks worked out lol and yes, I know they are not subway but man was I disappointed for the price!! The subs are good but not that good. If you check them out, I hope you have a better experience...
Read moreDecent. Not terrible, not great. Over priced. More bread than needed. Ingredients tasted good while they lasted. Only one person working when we arrived so service was slow. He did the best he could (although forgot the pickles that were supposed to be included). Those I patronized in the south were far superior. Likely won't visit again.
Edit Hit them again because it was convenient to where I was going. This time they had 3 workers instead of 1. Started off good. I like cold subs, and in my experience with Firehouse in the past (in Memphis, and various places in the South), that is the default. Apparently toasted is the default here (could have been mitigated with one simple question, like their competition does). When I indicated I didn't realize they were going to make my sub toasted (I MUCH prefer cold subs), they basically shrugged and said it must be a regional thing (BS). No I'm sorry, no offer to remake. Customer service with the product, and full disclosure on how I, as a customer, can have my sub, is essential for people to be satisfied (meaning leads to repeat customers). I've lowered my rating on all 3 above. You get a lot more at subway...

Comments: We are in there every week and I ordered two subs and a bowl of the soup. When I got home, they had given me a cup of soup, and it was only half full at that. I called and William said that he would put my name down and I could get a bowl when I came in again. This was fine, but then he called back. That is where the problem was. He told me that they had to review the camera and then they would let me know if they could replace what I didn’t get. Basically, he was saying that I was lying. That is a big problem! I immediately took the half cup of soup back right away to get my money back. He refunded it and apologized but the damage had already been done. I let him know that they had lost a loyal customer. It has been over a month and I have contacted the company 2 or 3 times now and still have not heard back from the Lancaster restaurant where this happened.
