Had the worse experience with the manager Wayne. I will never ever go back to this place. Three nights ago we went through the drive thru and ordered two peps and two stuffed cheese bread. We were told it would be 15 mins for the bread to be done to pull up. The lady next to us was waiting but she was the only other one there. 45 minutes later the lady starts getting upset after waiting a long longer then us and goes in to complain. We decided to go back around the drive thru and sure enough it was ready and just sitting there. I was like okay with it⌠then I came back today to get my fiancĂŠ dinner. I didnât want food but he was hungry so we stopped in the drive thru and got a pizza and the bread again⌠we were told it would be 10 mins. No body was there. They definitely were not understaffed. They asked us to pull up so I did. 20 mins later Iâm tired of waiting and had a feeling it was ready and just sitting there so I was upset and went inside for a refund. The employees were like âthe food is right hereâ it was sitting on the counter not even in a heat warmer. I said no thank you that I just wanted my money back. They insisted I keep the pizza along with a refund for the inconvenience and I insisted not to but they convinced me⌠apparently I was waiting on the manger Wayne who was sitting in his car smoking. He came in with the BIGGEST attitude ever. Started saying I wanted free food. But no. I just wanted my money back. He began to refuse to give me my money back so I got upset and said âso I canât have my money back?!â And he had an attitude saying that I was not waiting that long. I told him it wasnât the first time and I definitely was not going to wait another hour like the last time and I just wanted my money back so we can take our business elsewhere. WellâŚ. Finally I get my money back very upset for the fact he thought I was trying to âget something freeâ when in reality I didnât want there not so hot and ready pizza. I donât know the name of his employee but he was the ONLY nice one there. And the mangers wife had a huge problem about this situation. I am going to call cooperate tomorrow. I was extremely tired and my brain wasn't all there but I asked if they happened to have any extra most bestest peps he said he wasn't sure let me check something so he walked around back an check an came back an opened the door up and said well ma'am I'm sorry I don't have any extra most bestest peps and I can't make any more due to time but I can give you this pizza free of charge since we do not have any extra most bestest available an he asked if he could help me with anything else I asked if it was possible to get two cheesy jalapeno sauces an he said sure me being tired forgot he said free of charge an went to pay an he said ma'am don't worry about that and I asked if he was sure an she politely said yes ma'am so I thanked him an told him i was very appreciative of him an told him that i had came into get my fiancee an his frienda a pizza cause he asked me last minute whike he was playing dnd with his buddies while i was away an I smiled an said good night afyer he told me I was a kind fiancee an i smioed an gigglee an told him to not work too hard because he is a super nice person. Through out the whole exchange he was very polite an friendly he definitely deserves praise.    Read moreI placed an order on 10/20/23 to be picked up at 5:15-5:20 pm at the Memorial Drive location in Lancaster, OH, and received email confirmation at 1:08 pm. I showed up at the store drive thru at 5:22 pm only to be told my order would still be AT LEAST 25-30 minutes! However, my order wasn't completed for pickup until 6:50. I understand EVERYONE is short-staffed but this is ridiculous. I attempted to plan my Friday evening out by placing the order early enough in the day to allow time for it to be prepared.
In "resolution" to this, I had a voicemail from "Justina" from Little Caesar's apologizing for the bad experience that stated as part of making it right they would provide me with a free pizza and crazy bread. However, when I called this location they said they couldn't honor it because they don't have a Justina at this location. I even played the voicemail for an employee at the same location and the employee just shrugged her shoulders, said "I can't do that" and left it at that, not offering ANY solutions.
Worst customer service!
I have left other reviews/comments and contacted the Little Caesar's company when I've had good experiences as well but this was disappointing to say the least.
