Terrible customer service, I believe they don’t even know the definition of it. I’ve been a walk-in customer a few times, with mediocre results. Today my vehicle was in for service so I used the grub hub app on Deangelos own website at 12:10 pm . The emailed response was your food will be delivered between 12:39 and 12:49 . At 1:20 I call the store , “oh Grub Hub , they haven’t picked up anything all day “ we haven’t even filled any of the orders .. ok I ordered on your web site , why wouldn’t you stop allowing orders or call the customer or get in your car and deliver it your self ??? Customer Service? I bet if I walked in the store 3-4 people would be just hanging out !! Phone got turned over to the “ Manager” who couldn’t offer any resolution, just Grub Hub is unreliable , really. I ordered the food on your company web site!!    Read more4 or 5 months ago this was our favorite place to eat when I wasn't looking for a full course meal. We went there 3 or more times a week. Since the manager Clint left it has gone way down hill. Relatives of ours that visited there from Ca were very disappointed too. The new crew doesn't care like the old crew did. Betty and Lisa were such a asset to the restaurant. I am so sad to see that Cint isnt there anymore. I would pay him anything to get him back. In the very least they need to o get some training to their employees and be careful who they hire. I'll maybe go a few more times but if it doesn't get better forget it!
