Jack's Donuts of Greenfield — Restaurant in Greenfield

If you're in Hancock county & have a sweet tooth, then you need to head to Greenfield. Sitting just off of IN-9 in a strip mall is Jack's Donuts.

Ken is there in his bow tie, with a cheery smile & humorous attitude ready to educate you on what delicious donuts they have to offer. I happen to limit my caloric intake & was very impressed with how he described the selections. Thus making a two donut decision not difficult out of the huge amount of possibilities.

The chocolate frosted yeast was a flavor explosion that rocked my palate & the peanut butter filled with cut strawberries was the most delicious pb & j treat I have ever enjoyed.

The customer service is excellent & the product is superb. Couple those with very reasonable prices & Jack's delicious donuts can truly...

Employee was super friendly, don’t think he was happy about me snapping photos. Who would be.

They have a sign hanging on wall it reads; “takes months to find a customer but seconds to lose one”

I think with one employee and low traffic they’d keep the tables clean and floors swept. This isn’t the case, tables were dirty.

I ordered a latte and it was luke-warm at best.

Didn’t have large selection of donuts to choose from but it is 1130a on a Sunday they may have sold out.

It is what you’d expect. A donut shop.

8/9/21 - Owner responds to review... wondering what didn't meet my expectations... I lowered the star rating for his lack of understanding. This could also explain the "DIRTY TABLES, and LUKE-WARM COFFEE" but maybe it's just me...

Jacks Donuts are great they are a heavy yeast donut with lots of flavor and taste,they are located in the shopping mall just across from McDonald’s. This place is very nice open all day to serve your needs, good and friendly service, as well as quality food every thing. This place lives up to a high standard probably better than Castleton or Carmel even though it’s not been totally discovered yet.Its in a country setting with a safe atmosphere with good country people other some of the most delicious pastries anywhere to be found,at good prices.
