I would not even give a 1 star rating except its my only option is a 1. This taco bell on state street in Greenfield lacks customer service completely. I went on lunch walked in was there for a while never greeted or acknowledged and it was fully staffed with all employees on the drive thru side of restaurant. Never acknowledging anyone at register even when the lady behind me ask 3 times if we could get waited on. They were totally oblivious to anyone on main side of restaurant. After she asked 3 times for us to get waited on one kid finally came over and said I can't wait on you i dont know how to ring. Went straight back to work never got anyone to wait on us. Finally after the lady asked a couple more times for someone to acknowledge and wait on us. A young girl came over did not apologize for the wait or lack of service asked what I wanted. I ordered two items which she got wrong. Asked in a robot voice if i wanted a receipt hadnded it to me never thanked me or apologized and said next. The lady behind me received same treatment. You were completely fully staffed willfully ignoring customers even when asked several times if we could get waited on. This is not acceptable for any business. Managers need to get involved and do a team meeting on how not to treat customers. I will not be returning there to...
Read moreIn placing my family's order on the app, there was no indication that this location was out of any one product, (which would be a great benefit for the future). But after placing and waiting in line, i am told that they are out of 1/2 of my order. They are polite and tell me that they can substitute my order, not ready for this, it takes a while to get everyone's order, again. Not only does this put stress on yhe customer, but also undue stress on your emoyees, and the other patrons who have to wait in line, because the dining room is not open yet. Its the only restaurant in town that hasn't.
Specifically all locations near me are out of the newly returned Mexican Pizza, chalupa, and some other items. Taco Bell was not ready for the incoming rush and demand of such a popular product, that was removed, for whatever reason.
The tacos were so soggy, we had to use a fork to eat them all, both soft and hard tacos. The nacho chips were stale and chewy.
The bright side was the staff was polite and professional. But to the consumer, that is not edible. And frankly, neither was our meal. Seriously...
Read morePlaced order online, arrived in drive through to check in. Waited about 10 minutes from check in to pick up. 12 piece Cinnabon was not in bag. Walked in to store to get missing item. Waited for 20 minutes after telling girl at front counter what was missing, then asked again if she forgot. I was then told the would be made soon. I then asked for a refund as the rest of my order was getting cold, and was told it would be a while. I did not wait for a refund, but I will also not return to this location. I could hear angry yelling from the kitchen area, one poor girl looked really new and didn't know what to do. The lady at the drive thru window never moved from her spot to help either. Another couple of customers were also waiting in lobby for their orders, and the gentleman said he had been waiting for an hour. But that drive through sure was moving.... this location needs major help. It looked like they had enough people, but not people who actually care. So, no Cinnabon, no money back, and the food was meh. I would leave less than 1 star if it...
