I honestly don’t even know what to say. I never go to this one because it is terrible. I stopped there today because I needed to go to the bank and it was on the way back.
What on Earth is going on here and how has no one stepped in. This location is a “hub” in the area because of it’s location and they can’t seem to do anything right.
I have never had any luck going through the drive through, so I actually went in to order. What a mess. It was 10:00, they weren’t even busy. I spent 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, when they did the woman got it wrong and over charged me (I paid anyway, it’s fine). An African American gentleman was patiently waiting because he hadn’t gotten HIS order, so I asked the cashier to help him first and she barked at me and told me to mind my own business?
When I did finally get my order, it was wrong. I told the woman it was wrong. She yelled at me and told me to just take it and walk away…so I did…I had to get back to my own job.
Is someone going to step in here, start replacing people, or is this place just going to continue to be terrible? We drive out of our way to go to the McDonalds on HWY 100 and Layton, because it actually is functional – this place is a dumpster fire, for the last few years, and NO ONE is doing anything to make it better.
Just close it and send the workers to other locations. This is really not acceptable. Put in a Starbucks or a Duncan, just get rid of this place? Your choice.

Read moreI tell the staff here and everyone listening that this is the best McDonald’s in south Milwaukee by a mile! The management is to be congratulated. It is the BEST PREPARED food because the cooks are great, the presentation is exactly how McDonald’s wants it to be, the food is fresh, and the employees are kind and display courtesy. Their fries are outstanding! Reminds me of McDonald’s growing up in the 60’s. It has a nice two-lane drive-thru menu with easy lit-up display, conscientious employees who demonstrate leadership with questions or follow-up (so you feel listened to as a customer), and are always correcting or perfecting the quality of their service. They had a couple of employees I had a problem with on the night shift, with rudeness and incorrect orders, not to mention a lack of cooperation, but they have picked up the pace and got these quality issues resolved. They have a nice stream of customers always going through, and are so superior to the McDonald’s located on Oklahoma and S. 76th! (The Oklahoma location has some really “different”, almost strangely prepared food!). I tend to love the food along with the service at this location so much more. Remember, not all McDonald’s are equal so make sure you always go to the best one. This is it! And —they are open 24 hours. Make it your stop after a movie, a game or a bar outing. Read moreToday I ordered door dash at 330am. When I got my order it was wrong. My door dasher told me that the manager on duty threw my order at him and refused to let him check the inside of the bag to make sure that the order was correct. I ordered 1 mcdouble 1 daily double and a hot fudge sundae(mind you the only reason I ordered is because I really wanted the sundae) the manager told him to get the food and hurry up and leave. When I saw that my order was wrong I contacted door dash and they issued a refund immediately . However I called McDonald’s and spoke with the manager and told him what had happened and asked him about him behavior (I called at 4:40am on Feb 5th) and he hung up on me then did not answer the phone when I called 3 more times in a row. This is so incredibly rude and beyond insane! If this person has a job after I speak with the general manager tomorrow morning I will be absolutely floored. I understand that he may have been busy or short staffed as I have been in the service industry for 20 years but to treat someone the way he did- 2 people myself and the person who picked up my order is beyond me.
