Yesterday evening I stopped to get a meal and there were several people waiting, it was I'd say about 6:19 pm or so...there was a line in the drive-thru...the manager was in the drive-thru and there was one cashier and someone making the sandwiches, someone at the fries and getting the orders together and that was it. Basically, I saw a crew of three people. 3 couples in the Lobby waiting for food, another guy, and a family of 3, and myself. Everyone had no problem being understanding, but the manager had no control over the situation, not one crew member was communicating with another, the orders were all mixed up...the manager was only concerned about the drive-thru, she had poor managerial skills. And everyone in the lobby could see that. Several orders were incorrect and had to be made over. People were coming in and leaving when they saw how many people were waiting on food. The customers were telling her staff what to do. It was awful. I did not get my food until 7:09 pm....Over 30 minutes later... It was not about the lack of staff, it was about the lack of skill and training, and professionalism. The manager is responsible for her staff, and she failed...

Placed my order at 1:33pm for 4 kids meals (3 burgers and a 6 pc) plus 3 entree sandwiches.
We got the kids meals about 15 minutes later and I myself did not sit down to eat with my lady.
On top of the wait, when they handed me the sandwiches they were incorrectly made.
Add onto all of this the soda machine had no ice this whole time for ANY of the customers who were being helped. No ketchup Soda station looked like it exploded Add a "TEAM LEADER" who was expediting food with an attitude and ignoring customers. Asking this member for ice typically resulted in a roll of the eyes and a cup banged on the counter. And the below table (in photo) was there the whole time this was happening.
Not sure what changed in the couple of months since my last visit but I think I am scratching this location off till further notice.....
EDIT- 7/18/18. Store manager spoke with me and apologized for experience and remade entire order. While still busy and crazy. I came unexpectedly (versus times I told her I might arrive) and food quality was definitely better and lobby cleaner...
Read moreOrdered food through the mobile app. I ordered it to be picked up inside. When I arrived I parked my car and walked to the door just to find out the dining hall is locked up at 6:00pm. I entered the drive thru where I’m informed that they did not receive my order and they have no way to look it up. I proceeded to pull up to drive thru window to show them my order on mobile app in which they have no interest. I’m informed they can’t make the food or refund me. I was told my only option was to contact customer service on the app. The employees acted as if the app belongs to another company besides Burger King and they have no relationship. So I proceeded to contact customer service on app just to discover there is absolutely no way to talk with a human. I was told by a computer that I will be contacted within 48 hours. This is just robbery. If you’re going to have a mobile app that takes people’s money instantly then you need to provide means for refunds immediately when faults occur....
