Came in around 5am this morning so my family and I could eat before our 13 hour fast, which starts around 6. We got there, sat down, the waiter explained she’s the only server and there was only one other table other than me and my family. The waitress acknowledged we had dietary restrictions and ensured the grill was clean before cooking our food. 20 mins go by, we had no one check in on us, no water refills, nothing. As time got closer to 6, we started panicking because we didn’t think we were gonna get our food in time before our fast was closing. Another waiter was cleaning tables and I asked him for an update, he said they’re working on it, should be right out. 10 mins go by, I ask him again and he said “I can’t do anything” - yeah ok cool I get that but we’re on a time crunch now. Food comes out - (not all of it though) and the ”manager” comes to check in on us, we explain the situation and he said he’ll bring waters out. Few minutes goes by, we close our fast and then finally he brings water out. I let him know our fast has closed, he slams the waters down and gets our check. My family and I are just talking and a few minutes later he tells us we can come to the front to pay - sounded like he wanted us to leave. We went up, I told him I didn’t feel comfortable paying the full bill since we didn’t get all of our food, he said don’t pay and that was it. As we were leaving, he yelled “don’t slam my door either”. Excuse me? You and your staff were in the back the entire time, didn’t check on us once or give us an update why the food was taking so long, we explain to the staff why we’re being impatient and only had 7 mins to eat, and the passive aggression wasn’t necessary. I wouldn’t go back and I’m sure the manager wouldn’t wanna see us either.. (he’d probably be in the...
Read moreI come here often and I must say, its better to come in the morning than afternoon. The male employees are far better than the female ones who tend to work in the afternoon. Their attitude is off putting. If you can't manage the "To-GOs" orders, then reevaluate whether or not its feasible to continue. From my observation, when a "To-Go" order is placed, a ticket prints out and it seems that they forget to check this and when you come in at the expected time, your food is not even ready and your presence there makes them realize they need to check the ticket. I waited an 30 plus minutes in store after give 30 minutes at home while I waited for my food and then when I get the food, I have to remind them something is missing. They seem to get an attitude that THEY forgot a part of my order and I asked for it. Well I paid for it. This has happened multiple times, I get an omelet that comes with hashbrowns and order an additional hashbrown and they always forget the additional hashbrown. Simply reading the ticket would combat this issue. I don't get upset, but after the 4th time of this, and a few times when I let it go and loss money. Advise your employees to THOROUGHLY read the tickets. The next person you screw over won't be so nice. I keep coming back, the food is good enough and the employees I come across are good people. The bad apples I've come across are rare situations, just come get your food in the mornings. The staff mostly know me when I come in. The young ladies in the afternoon, needs a class on...
Read moreNot good kitchen service At All!! The guy at the front desk didn't want anyone in the lobby so he told us immediately to order in the app or door dash! But the ONLY server they had on the floor came out to us on our way to the truck and said that we could come in. We got our table (10 in our party-6 children), and wauted for the server to come and take our drink order. We got our drinks about 20 mins later. The server had a half full floor at this point, and we counted the people running around and goofing off in the back of the house and there were 11 people in the kitchen, no one had on uniforms, no one was washing their hands, no one was cooking, or stocking like the manager kept mentioning, no one was helping the server... and no one... after an hour and a half had started on our order!! Somehow their system was messed up and combined the two tickets and out of the ten meals, only 4 came out, the rest were gone... two hours later. So so unacceptable. We topped the server and thanked her for trying so hard... the manager had tried to tell us they didn't know what happened to the rest of the order and the ticket for it in the kitchen and that she would take half of the order off the bill and I told her we didn't want it made or remade or any thing it is now 1:59 am and the kids wanted pancakes etc after the fireworks but now def needed to be home! We left without a bill, only three kids got food, I didn't wat as I was waiting for the other kids to get theirs first. But this...
