Juice Shop — Restaurant in Greensboro

So let me start off with how great the service is at Juice Shop. My favorite employee is the young lady with freckles and bubbly personality. Always greets with a smile, gets my order right and I never have had any issues. When I can’t decide, I just let her and am never disappointed. It does get busy, in fact at times it’s packed. It would be nice if they played music (98.7 or 99.5). The floors need some attention as they are really worn but I’ll take what it is because the product offered and customer service is great. People need to learn to be patient and understand that just because you order a drink it doesn’t give you a right to be rude to the staff because it’s taking longer than you think it should. If you think you can do a better job, ask for an application and work there. You wouldn’t make it a week… It’s obvious the people on here who leave negative comments have never had a job in customer service or a job working with the public. If you are trying to bring in public or social issues and writing a complaint on what your skewed eyes see, the issue is with you not the staff. You are looking for issues and just want to have a reason to complain. Learn some manners and don’t expect to be treated fairly if you degrade the staff. This review section is for rating Juice Shop, your experiences there and how much you like the smoothies. This establishment is ran by teenagers, some are in high school, some are in college. Instead of speaking negatively post some positives because 3/4 of you couldn’t work the hours the staff here does, do what the staff here does, and go to school full time. My husband and I just recently went into the Juice Shop this evening 6/17/21. We arrived around 8:50pm, about 10 minutes before closing. Upon entering the two young female workers did not greet us but rather starred at us until we placed our order. My husband even said "hello" upon approaching the counter and neither responded. It was evident that they were upset about us coming in 10 minutes before closing. Another male customer entered after us and placed his order with three more additional customers to follow. Even though we were the only ones in the shop when we placed our order, the customer behind us received his smoothie and left while we waited. There was no explanation as to why our smoothies had not been made. We understand the frustration that could arise when customers come in so close to closing however the disrespect and poor customer service will make this first time...

Stopped by "Juice Shop" in Greensboro right near Battleground Ave and Sunset Drive on 18 Aug 23. Being my first visit, I asked which Smoothie they would suggest, and for me they suggested the Razzmatazz Smoothie. It was a fantastic blend of Raspberry juice, Strawberries, Banana and Raspberry Sherbet! The Razzmatazz Smoothie tasted SO GOOD!! These gals were working hard and each gal was smiling while they made sure that everyone gets the Smoothie that they want quickly! There were around ten other customers while I was enjoying my smoothie, and all those customers got their smoothie before I finished mine! They need a TIP JAR! Bring some cash with you for the tip!
