Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Greensboro

I have ate here plenty of times. On tonight I went to get a burrito... The lightskin chick with the short hair was making my burrito, everything was fine until she was wrapping the burrito and she went to go get another burrito, which I politely asked if she could put the burrito in a bowl because changing the tortilla will make it dry and all the sauces that was on the original burrito will no longer be on there. So she said something about charging me for the tortilla even though it was in the bowl which kind of confused me because just charge me for the original burrito because you know I'm still purchasing it. So I was just like ok it's okay make another burrito, which she proceeded to do, but I was still explaining as a customer I like my food made a certain way and that if I'm paying for extra sauce I would like to have the original tortilla it was in. So as I'm at the register to pay this lady named Ashley basically told me I could leave. So I was like I can't pay for my food. And she said no you can leave. So I left without my burrito. To be honest this Moe's workers tend to always have negative energy and bad vibes at this location like they are unhappy to be there. I just felt like that was not right and to be treated like that was truly shocking. I feel like if you are making someone food and and the customer is paying what's the problem doing it the...

I've been to this location a few times and the food is good. Service is hit and miss as far as whose serving you and if they're more concerned with the conversion they have going or if they really are helping you.

This evening I walked into this location at 8:15pm. They close at 9. I asked for 3 stax's. The worker asked me if I minded if he used the soft shells instead of the hard shells. I politely told him no thank you I prefer the hard shells, the way that it's made. He let me know he doesn't have the shells that they use for the star's. They were out. I let Jim know using the hard shells for regular tacos was fine by me, the one on Wendover has done it a time or two before.

In his words, "How do I explain this to you? I just don't want to." I asked to speak with a manager. He let me know he was the manager. I asked him, so because I'm paying you, you're getting ready to close, and you do have enough shells to make my 3 stax's with a few left over you're not going to do it. He just looked at me and said nothing.

The one out Friendly and the one on Wendover ALWAYS try to make their customers happy and accommodate them if they can. I understand it was close to closing, but that is all the more reason to use what you have to make the sell. Charge me for the shell, but to flat out say "I don't want to" was crazy. Will NOT be going back to...

I don't really know what to say about this place other than steer clear and find another place to eat.

I went in to have lunch and after making my order incorrect I asked them to correct it. At this point I was asked to go back to the end of the line and wait while they helped everyone else first. I thought they were joking and realized they were not. Instead I went and sat back down while the rest of my party finished their food. Then after serving all the guests in line someone who was obviously not the manager decided to come over and in an argumentative aggressive tone said "what was on your burrito?" I told him that I was good and he continued to badger me 3 to 4 more times just repeating "what was on your burrito?" At this point he went back and he along with the rest of the staff decided to sit there staring at my table and talking trash about me, the customer. So I decided that I was going to call their customer service number which turned out to be as frustrating. Apparently customer service is not something that is a big deal to them. I called and left three messages and after two weeks someone finally called me back.

Money does not grow on trees and I refuse to spend money at places that treat their customers as poorly as...
