Ozzie's Ice-Cream Shop — Restaurant in Greensboro

Ozzie's Ice Cream is one of the best spots for ice cream! They serve Blue Bell and Hershey's ice cream, both of which are quite rare and hard to find. When looking at their menu, you might feel overwhelmed at their daily availability of flavors. They had over 30 flavors available when I visited them and had to try a few different ones to figure out which flavors I wanted to get. There is an outdoor section with plenty of seating and a fire pit in the middle, which is perfect for those warm summer nights, and there is plenty of indoor seating as well, with complimentary board games such as checkers and tic-tac-toe! The ice cream is all reasonably priced and are absolutely delicious! Although it was the middle winter, this place was packed full of customers, so I can't even imagine how popular they must be in the summer.

I got their cookie monster and blueberry cheesecake ice cream flavors, and they were both fantastic! It was honestly one of the better cookie monster ice creams that I've tried. The blueberry cheesecake was wonderful as well, with the perfect amount of blueberry and cheesecake in every single bite. I'm definitely excited to check this place out during the warm summer months!

Been here too many times already. I love their ice cream especially the Cappuccino Crunch. Recently just had a chance to try their fruity ice cream which was gone most of the time I visited. In my opinion it wasn't what I expected at all.

I ordered peach ice cream and thought it'd be like a sorbet which has the sweet and sour taste but it wasn't. There wasn't any peachy taste to it at all just creamy. Starwberry Cheesecake also disappointed me. Again, I couldn't taste the strawberry part. My fiancee got the Key Lime Pie. It was sour but tasted a bit off according to him.

If you love fruit based ice cream, get the ones that say sorbet as those are the best and bring out the fruity taste the most.

Other than that, the usual ice cream they have are very very delicious. I love Cappuccino Crunch. The crunchy part is phenomenal I just can't get enough of it 😂

Terrible customer service and bad arrogant racist attitude.. We were visiting from a different city and went to Ozzie’s due to the good reviews. We were 4 individuals and they said you can try one flavor per person as there were too many people in the line. We were in the process of trying the 4 flavors and another person, probably the owner came and said in a very condescending manner that we need to move fast as there are too many people in the line and refused to give us the 2 flavors that were remaining. We walked out as we did not want to be served by people who lack courtesy and respect. We were there to give them business, just like the other people in the line. A business can be considered as a good business only if they serve customers well. This was a show of complete arrogance. Very distasteful! Hopefully there ice creams...
