Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Greensboro

I come here all the time because it is convenient for work. But I have had more bad experiences than good. They seem to always have an issue when they need to fix something like I ordered a venti but they were trying to hand me a grande? I simply said I ordered a venti and they did fix it but they were not pleased to do so. Today I ordered a venti and I could tell instantly when I was handed the cup that it was light. After the whipped cream had went down, you can clearly see this is not a venti coffee… and I haven’t even took a sip yet!!!! It’s disappointing because you want to get what you pay for. More than once my food is over cooked and black in color but I still take it and go. Think I’ll need to try a different location...

This place was practically empty, no wonder because the energy is terrible. At 5 months pregnant. I asked for a free water just to be told that I have to make a purchase. I asked to pay for the water and was told as if I was annoying the young girl that I had to make a purchase. I repeated myself and she said that I can not pay for water. The man offered to let me buy a water and I said no thank you. As I went to tell the man in the drive through about his car. He rudely drove past me. I shock it out and went to my car where someone driving a Nissan on all donuts locked their doors. Definitely felt judged and like I was at a Starbucks. Never again will I go. Very trash staff, place...

The manager of this Starbucks is incredibly rude. Every time I come she has a nasty attitude and makes rude comments for no reason. The parking lot is designed horribly, and if you are unfortunate enough to get blocked in by the drive through traffic she will come OUT of the store to snap at you to move and that you're blocking the drive through. Don't try to explain because she'll just get loud and repeat herself until you can move. This has happened 3 times now, so it's not just a bad day. This store also makes orders wrong just about every time and always running behind... likely due to the terrible management. I won't be returning to this location...
