I hate writing horrible reviews because people work so hard. This particular location I’ve just completely given up on. I prefer coming here because it’s closer but I’d rather just take the 20mins drive and know what I ordered is right and I don’t have to wait for long periods of time. Every time I’ve came here my order was wrong, I pay for extra sauce I get no sauce at all, my food is thrown in the box and all mixed up together, I’ve wait for a long time and my food gets to me wrong and cold. I’ve worked on food service so I think I’m a little more patient and understanding because it can be a bit intense sometimes and people can be annoying, demanding, and flat out rude for no reason. But no matter if there’s multiple cars in line or it’s just me it’s always something. Yesterday I came to simply get a chicken sandwich. I waited patiently and noticed other cars were waiting as well. A lady gets out of her car yelling her order is messed up again. So I kind of knew it wasn’t going to be a great experience yet again. I waited 25-30mins while watching everyone pull up and leave while I’m still waiting on a simple sandwich. I ended up just leaving without my food because I was just so frustrated. Read moreQuality of chicken has gone downhill since the time they opened. Now you get 3 very small never hot pieces. Good customer service has never really existed at this location. I always like to order an extra zak sauce which you have to pay for and I never seem to get. My last visit I thought I would try one more time since at 9:30p nothing much is opened thanks to Covid-19. Ordered an extra sauce. Got my bag and politely asked the young lady if the extra sauce was in there. I got a "It should be" response with a f-o look. I politely thanked the young lady and moved my car up. Normally I don't think about checking my bag before I get home which is always a poor decision. This time I did. NOPE! Patience and kindness obviously doesn't work for this location so I lost both of mine. Got out went to the window while another car was getting their food and asked for my extra sauce. GOT IT! She looked a bit surprised that I would actually walk to the window in the rain while another car was there. I actually went home and had a good laugh about it. This location has been open for many years and it really has never improved customer service or food. Read moreHorrible service!! They left off my salad dressing, so instead of sitting in the drive through line again, I called and asked that they bring it out (due to COVID, I couldn't go in). I was told to get back in the drive through line...........NO !! If I would have been able to go in the dining room, would I have been required to stand in line again to get their mistake corrected? No, so don't make me sit in a line outside, it's about customer service. I explained that I was not going to do that and asked for the manager. I sat on hold for for a minute and then the line went dead. I called back and explained that I was on hold for the manager who then came on the line and agreed to send out the dressing, but offered no apology, at all. The young man who brought it out did apologize for the inconvenience, which I appreciate, but I asked for the manager's name because I didn't catch it on the phone.
