We have ordered multiple times from Pizza Siena and have always had a great experience until tonight. I called at 5 pm and ordered a small cheese, large whit with tomatoes, and xl peperoni and mushroom, 18 wings (a 12 piece and a 6 piece) and an order of cheese fries. Well they didn't fill the cheese fries. I asked how long it would take to get them and was told 10 min. And they didn't charge me for it so there should be no problem. I am sorry thi is not customer service. I can't help that your person that was taking the order (who repeated it back to me) messed up. Admit the error go back to the kitchen and expedite the fries order. Don't just say sorry and walk away. Doesn't end there. The wings where to be seasoned. Received the order and first off the gyros only have 4 tiny pieces of meat on them and barely anything Else for an 8$ sandwich . And second the hoagie was completely soggy. Called to see if they could remake the food they said yes and when I get back to the restaurant they hand me 1 gyro and when I ask where the new Italian and other gyro was they tried to argue and tell me I only said 1 gyro was soggy. (Not correct) she goes to talk to the manager and came back with a snarky attitude saying that I can have EITHER the Italian or the gyro but not both. If I could give 0 stars i would. Both the food and the attitude of the front desk woman were absolutely terrible. I will 100% not be ordering from here ever again. Plenty of places have way better food...
Read moreI'm from Jersey,and when it comes to pizza we are almost intolerable, but been here a year now and been around the area trying the pizza.Sienna makes the cut,I like it,you just have to tell them to cut big slices so you can fold it over.I like any toppings but especially with the red onion involved.These people cook what you want into the pie,it's melded,they don't just have plains at the ready,throw the stuff on top to reheat and burn it.Good crust,good cold too,that's the deciding factor with what's good pizza.Eating in is very good too and I like the bar.Clean place,good service,good menu,good atmosphere for anyone really,it's always really hard to get good pizza,and by the slice too at that,and beer,altogether at a restaurant.I'm glad it's nearby,I got lucky.On delivery it has always...
