We have ordered multiple times from Pizza Siena and have always had a great experience until tonight. I called at 5 pm and ordered a small cheese, large whit with tomatoes, and xl peperoni and mushroom, 18 wings (a 12 piece and a 6 piece) and an order of cheese fries. Well they didn't fill the cheese fries. I asked how long it would take to get them and was told 10 min. And they didn't charge me for it so there should be no problem. I am sorry thi is not customer service. I can't help that your person that was taking the order (who repeated it back to me) messed up. Admit the error go back to the kitchen and expedite the fries order. Don't just say sorry and walk away. Doesn't end there. The wings where to be seasoned. They were so heavily seasoned as to almost be inedible. I will be rethinking if this is how your.going to treat customers. This was almost an $80 order.
