I want to start by saying that when I walked into the restaurant there was no host at the host stand and the people walking around didn’t greet the person in front of me or myself. They said it would be a 25 min wait to which we said okay to and then gave our phone number and waited in our car so that we could social distance. The waited ended up only being 15 mins and we were sat in a small section of the restaurant. We were greeted about 10 minutes later by our server who definitely didn’t want to be here and was quick fast and blunt with no customer service skills. I can only assume that she had already had a day. We requested plate for our croissants and ordered our drinks. Our drinks came but no plates. Finally we just passed around the tray and each ate one so that we wouldn’t make a mess. We ordered our food and my husbands food was perfect. My mother’s was over cooked but edible and my full rack of ribs came out cold. Not warm, like straight from the fridge cold. My table finished there food and I still had nothing. By that point everyone else was ready for dessert and ordered their cake and I just asked for my food to be boxed up. The manager didn’t show his face until we asked and honestly just comped my ribs so he didn’t have to hear the entire bad experience we had. Then the cake came out. No forks, ice cream already completely melted. The waitress left to grab silverware and came back with plastic utensils in a bag. Read moreMy family use to eat here prior to Covid all the time with no issue; great food, great service and great environment! Post Covid, I guess short staffing and less trained team members, created a not so wonderful environment and horrible service. Some examples from our last and final visit tonight: Seated at a dirty table. Loud cussing from the kitchen (F-bomb) from a waitress at other team members. Out of several menu items and appetizers. Was told croissants were cooking and they would be ready in 20 minutes when we were seated. Asked several times during the meal and never received; even when we got our to go box, we asked for to go croissants and the waitress told us the kitchen never cooked anymore (it was 7pm when we arrived and 8 pm when we left). Order came out incorrect. Had to ask halfway through the meal where our drink order was Waitress was quite pleasant this visit other than when we pressed the help button on the table kiosk that flashes red to get a to go box, she came over after around 10 minutes asking if we needed anything else that the red light flashes for different reasons and she is not alerted anywhere other than the light. We’ll geez, I guess we pressed it for no reason…Last time here our waitress only visited the table twice, once to order and to bring food, so it was a little better this time. The food was great! Read moreI am a regular customer because I like to order online to purchase my food for lunch but this place at the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I ordered online like I normally do on a weekly basis and they will deliver my food curbside. I sat outside in my car for over 20 minutes so I walk inside to get my food. The server by the bar did not say anything to me just walk pass me and another customer like we were invisible. At least say ma’am/sir I will be with you in a moment or something. So, I kindly told her I have been waiting outside can I please pick up my food. Told her my name and she said your order is not ready. I told he I had two orders and my food was ready 20minutes ago (I ordered for my husband as well) and I was trying to let her know that is not the order I want to pick up. She cut me off and told me to look around she has a lot going on and my food wasn’t ready. I said, “that is not the order I want, the order your looking at has my husband’s name on it including mines and the one I want to pick up just has my name.” (I ordered his 15 minutes later after I ordered mines) Well, she kept cutting me off and I told her that’s not the right order. The waitress was rude and seemed frustrated because she had a lot going on and didn’t seemed to put her customers first. I didn’t even want my food at that point because I can understand if they have a lot on their plate but do not take it out on your customers.
