Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Greenville

Wife and I are fighting some bad colds so I thought it would be nice to try out the new Dominos and make it easy by having it delivered. Ordered it at 5:58. Online said "about 25min" which I thought was great. We are literally 3min away as well so I figured it would be nice and fresh right? Nope.. Delivery guy got here an hour later and my dipping sauce is hotter than the pizza is.. For anyone at Dominos reading this, it would really go a long way for you to just call us and say hey, its going to take longer.. you have our number on file (at least mine is b/c I have an account) but no communication other than the tracker that we open up 30 times to see where the heck our order is just doesnt cut it. I got an email immediately after with an appology but, while the automated stuff can be convenient, youre pulling way too much of the personal experience that we need. I may give them another shot down the road but I think Ill stick with Zains for...

I am not sure where to even start with this. I had good hopes for this pizza after seeing all the ads on television, I ordered a 2 item pan pizza and hoped for the best. Upon opening the box I was immediately hit with ... where are the toppings. Sure, there was some there but probably the tiniest amount I have ever seen on a pizza...disappointing! But the disappointment didnt end there. After taking a couple bites I realized I could taste no pizza sauce. Seriously, this pizza tasted like an order of breadsticks. I sought out the pizza sauce, but I could not find any. This is the lowest quality, something called pizza, I have ever had. I rate this below Little Ceasers, something I didnt think was possible. There was so much wrong and just Yuck that I ain't sure where to start. I guess I'll start with the wrong sandwich. Ordered an Italian sandwich got Chicken Bacon Ranch which the chicken was still cold 🥶. Called let them know, They gave me a Credit but after the taste of the subs, pizza and doughy cinnamon knots. I won't be going back. The Parmesan Chicken Subs sauce tasted weird almost sour and the amount of chicken and cheese on it was enough to only cover half the sandwich. Very Chinsy on the inners on all the Subs. Now to the pizza...Well, the Pizza had to much flour/corn meal on the bottom that was raw tasting. Made me gag. It's been 30 yrs since they have been in Greenville, I would recommend coming back in another 30...
