I do not typically give reviews. However, as a manager down the street from this location, I do read reviews as I find them informative, specifically when it comes to my work. All this to say that I do not see this establishment responding to any reviews or apologizing for their behavior, which is apparent because every negative review regarding customer service at this Dunkin location is entirely true. It's not a case of "the customer is always right", the employees are truly, truly terrible, and who I assume to be the manager, is not any better. They all act like they do not want to be there, they constantly have attitudes, have zero energy (walk in one day and see how they complete your order from start to finish, it's like watching the DMV scene from Zootopia), and these are not teenagers at their first job, they all look to be in their middle to late 20s. Read moreThis is at least the 7th time this location is understaffed causing 15-20 min wait times in the drive thru. I’m going on 12 min wait time currently. Girl at the order area said she is by herself making all the drinks. When I last picked up inside, I watched them scrambling to make drinks and food while calling other staff to get them to come in. Where is management? What are you doing to assist in staffing? Many of us use the app and can’t just leave without paying when the wait is long!!!! I did it last time. I forfeited my money and my order after waiting 10 mins in the drive thru line and I was four back from the ordering area. This will be the last time for me. I’ll drive to Firetower or Arlington. Read moreSuper slow! The drive thru lane is set up to where you can’t even pull off when so you’re stuck waiting in line for 15-25 minutes. But you can watch the line at McDonald’s just moving right along. I’ve been in line for 18 minutes and haven’t even been able to place my order yet. I sat at the speaker for 3 minutes before I heard from the order taker then another 2 minutes before being asked to take my order. I sat at the window for 5 minutes till I had to ask for my food. This is the second time I’ve come here and had to wait in this long line. I’ll choose a different place from now on. You get to the window and they are telling each other to take their time, they are talking to one another while holding people’s order. No I’ve been in line for 25 minutes let’s not take our time.
