The team at the Greenville Jersey Mikes provides excellent service. My latest visit was beyond excellent and I wanted to give a special shout-out to Makayla, the manager, and her fantastic team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and efficient service. It was a busy lunch rush, but Makayla was clearly running a tight ship – the line moved quickly, and every employee was working together seamlessly. I ordered my usual, the Original Italian (No. 13) "Mike's Way", and it was perfect as always. The thinly sliced meats, the fresh veggies, and that perfect blend of oil and vinegar truly make it a work of art. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their ingredients and the way they prepare each sub right in front of you. What truly impressed me was watching Makayla in action. She was actively engaged with both her team and the customers, making sure everyone was happy and that orders were accurate. She even took a moment to personally check in with a few customers, showing a level of care that's often missing in fast-casual dining these days. It's clear she leads by example, and it creates such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a consistently delicious sub made with care, and a place where customer service truly shines, then you absolutely need to visit Jersey Mike's. And if you happen to encounter Makayla, you'll see exactly what I mean about excellent management making all the difference. Keep up the amazing work,...
Read moreOk want me to be totally honest? The food was great I'll start with that. The bad experience for us was the shift lead person fixing the display snacks/cakes. Her shoes are super gross and disgusting I don't like seeing that or those type of sorry to say this but trashy looking when it comes to restaurants businesses especially because it also reflects work ethic most likely . The front display with the meats had smear looking drips needed cleaning but she didn't notice that I guess. More importantly she tossed the items on the counter and display and wasn't wearing any jersey Mike's gear she had a hoodie on we thought she was a customer. No thanks for coming in to anyone none of that. Her work ethic just look sloppy sorry for judging i just think it can look better more polite/etiquette. The music is a bit too loud also so lots of things to work on. I hope she changes or it won't be good for helping the business in my opinion. Like you guys have been open for 3 weeks and you cant keep hiring or managing standards up?I know we're in greenvile, mi... but still, Culver's across the street...
Read more*Edit on here since it won’t let me respond to owner’s answer. I won’t be returning. I gave you two chances to respond properly to my complaint, once in store, then on here. As I’m sure you know, proper protocol would have been ‘Sorry we messed up, we will treat next time around if you give us a chance to make it up, here’s a gift card.” I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Decent subs, but be prepared to wait! Finally decided to try their subs, stopped by to grab four sandwiches for the family on the way home, three hot sandwiches, one cold. The cold sub was made right as we stood there, told the hot ones would be brought out. It took us 30 minutes to get out of there. Not overly busy, cold subs were moving right through. The gentleman ahead of us complained about his wait for his hot sub as well, was told his order got placed behind a current one, so they were sorry and gave him a gift card. When ours finally came out, I asked if this was a normal wait time, was told no, and sorry, but no gift card for me… The subs were good, too expensive, but honestly nothing wow, probably...
