Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Greenville

I order from this location incredibly frequently. I order our usual through the mobile app and often put in nicknames and the staff will frequently write the names on the wrap. I used to work at a Jimmy Johns for 2 or 3 years and it has grown much more complex since I was there. My previous work in the chain aside, I love this location. My order through the recent months has only grown increasingly complex, not to mention the ridiculous amount of freebies now available, and the staff here get it right 97% of the time. While not 100%, the staff deserve more than a 5 star review. They continue to provide this little comfort to myself and my significant other, and we have made Jimmy Johns a rather routine thing. They don't close at 10 they don't even close at 9 they close at 8 p.m. they put me through the process of ordering a sub checking out and paying for it and getting my hopes up of delivery of a late night Jimmy Johns. But you know what about five minutes after I ordered they sent me a little notice oh hey we just decided to close early you don't get your food you get to go hungry tonight. This is a sham and a sad sad debauchery of service. If you're closed just let me know but don't make me check out and get my hopes up of a delicious number 17 but then close your doors and say no to the public all I wanted was a little sub but luckily Pizza Hut had my back pizzas all day long....

So I ordered through the app and it told me the order was received at the store and this was around 12:40. after 20 minutes I looked up the hours and it shows closed on sundays online. at 3:40 I received notification it was ready for pick up. when I got there it had been sitting on the counter since 1 and they still just let me take it. just frustrating because they have contact info you would think after an hour of food sitting there they would call. but nope I paid online I didn’t owe them any money so they don’t care that I wasted my sub because it sat out for almost 3 hours. just...
