Read moreI placed an online order for $71.84, and gave my delivery guy a $5 cash tip upon delivery. Imagine my surprise when my account was charged $84.53 instead. I called the store the next day and spoke with a manager. Found out that when the delivery guy said I didn't have to sign the receipt when he delivered our order, it was so he could give himself an additional $12.69 tip on top of the $5.00 I'd already given him. I was told that corporate would be called, and I would be refunded. However, it appears nothing was done. I had to make a 2nd call, and speak to another manger who said she'd go in the system and refund the tip back. Her demeanor was NOT rude, but very nonchalant like this was no big deal.
