Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Greenville

I called and made a delivery and they ran my card and took my money and I went up there to get my money back and they will not give me my money back or any pizza and I already had a $6 credit from the last time that I had problems with him I've never had nothing but problems with him and if you look in your computer from that store I ordered pizza from that location every week sometimes twice a week I've spent probably over $1,000 with you and I can't believe the way I was treated tonight I don't even know if I'm going to get my $20 back they ran the card through once and took out the 1670 and then write them again and took out the remaining $3 which was the $20 that I've transferred over into the card that I wanted to use from another account it's a good thing I didn't put any more money on the card or they would have took in it too now I don't even know supposedly I'm going to get they say I'll get it back in 2 or 3 days I don't even know if I'm going to get it back but I shouldn't have to go without Pizza that was all the money I had to feed my family tonight my family starving because of...

I placed an online order for $71.84, and gave my delivery guy a $5 cash tip upon delivery. Imagine my surprise when my account was charged $84.53 instead. I called the store the next day and spoke with a manager. Found out that when the delivery guy said I didn't have to sign the receipt when he delivered our order, it was so he could give himself an additional $12.69 tip on top of the $5.00 I'd already given him. I was told that corporate would be called, and I would be refunded. However, it appears nothing was done. I had to make a 2nd call, and speak to another manger who said she'd go in the system and refund the tip back. Her demeanor was NOT rude, but very nonchalant like this was no big deal. This is really bad business. How many others has this happened to, who may not have even noticed?! I don't plan on doing business...

A TEXT SAID I WOULD RECEIVE MY ORDER AT 644. THEN ANOTHER STATING AT 6:55..IT ARRIVED AT 725. THE BOX WAS RIPPED, HAVING BEEN OPENED SEVERAL TIMES. THE PUZZA WAS COLD, SOGGY, AND TASTED OLD.
