McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenville

Manager was really rude for no reason? Order placed on the app and we picked counter pickup as curbside was not available past 9:59pm which is what we do in the mornings. My husband went to get the food and I marked that he was there as you can on the app. The manager was rude to him and said "her" lobby was closed and it must be a drive thru order. It wasnt, but he went through the drive thru. He called me to have me talk to her because she was saying there wasnt an order. She told me "her" lobby is closed and was rude to me as well. Finally she saw my order. She then told my husband to pull forward because they had to wait on the fries. Brought out 1 drink and "have a great night" ..but we still needed the rest of the order... brought out the 2nd drink "have a great night" ... but we needed the food... finally got it. Fries weren't even fresh? Really weird experience. Not sure why someone would work a job interacting with people, let alone be a manager, when they clearly do not want to be there or be friendly with...

Super slow food for a fast food restaurant. During the day, they pass out small "Sorry" vouchers like ads in a grocery sack at both locations. If you work 3rd Shift don't even bother coming around 2-4am. Cash only t random times and extremely slow response time. Have to go across the street to the bank to get cash out with a fee. 30min lunch taken away by 15 to 20min waiting on food. Cashier writes down totals using a hand calculator, pad, and pencil. Ordered the same meal 2 days in a row to test, different totals of cash each time. Benny Scott Jr. ( Name's on the "Sorry" vouchers) You give McDonalds a great disservice how you run your Greenville branches. Update your system to accept cards and cash at all time of the day / night and get adequate help thru the night for faster response times. Will start coming back once you fix...

I have been going to this McDonald's since they built the establishment in or around 1989 or so. I really don't remember having a bad experience there. With receiving cold food and slow service in most other places I put this one at the top of excellence. It's like they know that they are the best and intend to stay that way. Not sure how they have done it all these years but they have. Going through the drive through I place my Bacon egg and cheese 🧀 biscuit sandwich and I know I will get served promptly and I'm on my way. Currently I am not ordering any lunch items due to processed food not being good for my system and blood. I will continue to get a breakfast sandwich from there just to fulfill my urge for quick tasty food. 😋 number 1 for over 30...
