Starbucks — Restaurant in Greenville

Typically I have a great experience but a worker Genisis said she has to do side work at 7:37 I asked to speak with manager or when one comes. Because it doesn’t close until 8. Most of the drinks got refused, I was refused. She said she’s not able to make anything then made a comment about don’t you work at ihop. My reply was yes I do but we’re 24/7 and no matter side work we still help our customers and do not refuse people during opening hours. I’m going on 18hr shift with another tomorrow. She then contacts the manger whom again I had to ask who is the manager. She wouldn’t tell me. I didn’t like how I was refused to speak with manager and how at first she refused to serve me until I kept asking for a manager. There awesome here. But I didn’t appreciate the lack of helping in beginning and I didn’t like she calls me out on my job. I’ve been here a few times and every single time I come here they serve me weird looking fraps that I’m 100% sure are not even fraps because I’ve had the same ones served at another stores.😭

Last time I went with a girlfriend and just didn’t say anything about my “mocha frap” being white and tasting like watered down milk with sugar.😢😢😢

I just didn’t want to make my girlfriend feel awkward because of me complaining or whatever but I should’ve said something since I still got charged like I got an actual frap. Her drink was also weird looking and she just didn’t drink it but didn’t say anything either. Why are you guys like this? I love Starbucks and had never had an experience like this at any location but this one.
