Messed up a relatively straight forward order (I got a BLT, they decided it needed jalapenos and pickles apparently?), didn't realize until I got home. Emailed customer service, the regional manager Sunny Patel responded 12+ hr later saying I need to bring the sub back for a refund. I live 20min from that location, I offered photos to verify the inaccuracy, I'm not driving 40min round-trip to prove it, photos wouldn't suffice. Don't spend your money here, you're risking your money and a potential allergic reaction. Since Sunny Patel oversees all of the Subway's in the region, it's safe to assume they all pose the same risk and results in the event they wreck your order. The first time I went the employee was more interested in cleaning out a small refrigerator than acknowledging me and was very nonverbal during the experience. He saw me waiting to order, and continued to clean out the fridge rather than help me. I only went back because the sandwich was awesome, the second time was much better.
