Cups N' Cones — Restaurant in Greenwich

Cups and Cones at Resorts World is an absolute health hazard and a disaster! This place is a nightmare from start to finish.

Filthy bathrooms that look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks Dirty tables and chairs inside, with sticky floors and melted ice cream everywhere Trash can outside the shop overflowing with garbage, attracting pests and creating an eyesore Overpriced and mediocre ice cream, with slow and unfriendly service to top it off

The conditions at Cups and Cones are appalling and unacceptable. It's clear that the management doesn't care about customer satisfaction or basic cleanliness.

Resorts World needs to take immediate action and:

Shut down Cups and Cones until further notice Deep clean the entire shop, including bathrooms and outdoor areas Train staff on basic customer service and cleanliness protocols Consider replacing management to ensure a better experience for customers

Until then, AVOID CUPS AND CONES AT ALL COSTS! Take your business (and your appetite) elsewhere. There are far better ice cream shops that actually care about their customers and maintain basic standards of cleanliness.

Cups N' Cones was the perfect place to host our son's birthday party! Anna was incredibly professional, helpful, and sweet in helping to organize the party. She made it special with music, a happy birthday banner, and a slideshow of photos of the birthday boy on the TV. She even took pictures of the event so we'd have something to look back on. You get to bring in your own decorations, performers, activities and food/drink and make it exactly what you'd want. The kids had a total blast running around getting unlimited cups of frozen yogurt, ice cream and toppings galore! Not to mention, it was very reasonably priced for what you got. We had our daughter's 5 year old birthday party at Cups N' Cones today! It was perfect! When we arrived they were cleaning everything, Anna thought ahead to provide cushions for the kids to sit on while the magician was on, Kidz Bop Kids music was playing and the TV screen had our daughters pictures up.
