McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenwich

Horrible customer service the employees seemed very unprofessional when I was there. When I went to the counter to order my food the person behind the counter signaled to me to clarify what I was ordering because she didn’t seem to understand what I was ordering, And than I said very clearly for the second time what I wanted to order, the person behind the counter asked me again to clarify what I what I wanted to order. After three times of saying clearly what I wanted to order I paid for the food and the person on the behind the counter gave my receipt. I take a look at my receipt and it says that the person behind the counter owed me change. Which she didn’t give me after I paid for the food. I then had to ask her where’s my change and then a minute after I ordered my food I finally got my change. I looked at the receipt after I left Mc Donald’s and they got part of my order wrong. When I ate the food it tasted horrible. I recommend that you find another Mc Donald’s because the customer service and food at this Mc Donald’s is a joke. P.S. I Ordered a Big Mac meal and an extra Big Mac made to order, 2 times and both times I was given luke warm burgers, even after speaking to the manager.

I was given Luke warm burgers that most likely came out there warmers, the reason I always order ‘made to order’ meaning they have to throw fresh raw burgers on the grill, and not give me the burgers that were precooked and sitting in there warmers for god knows how many hours.

I’ve gotten sick a few times from eating those burgers that are kept in there warmers, I think they were just being lazy and did not want to throw fresh burgers on the grill.

I know the difference between a freshly cooked burger and a burger they took out the warmer. The difference is that a freshly cooked burger will have steam coming up when you lift the top bun off and it is very hot, and a burger that is sitting in there warmer has no steam coming up when you lift the bun up, and it feels luke warm / room temperature when you touch it.

Stop being lazy, and give the customers what they request and be more friendly...

It's pretty incredible that McDonalds revamped its location and is now also a poppin' spot for grub. We waited over 20 years for this! And now it's finally here and exactly what we needed. Literally everyone goes there in the evenings. Sure - because it's brand spankin new, the wait will definitely be a little longer. But it's worth it.

To chill out, to eat some friends and nuggets, and everything else. They've rolled out some purchasing/checkout locations that allow you to do everything from ordering to paying for your meal. They even bring it to your table, while you're sitting there and waiting!

The kiosks aren't bad , in my opinion, although I understand how some people may prefer to just interact with someone. That's why they have people behind registers to help out too. It's good for the young'ns though, who are familiar with touch screens and...
