I believe I reviewed this Bojangles about a week ago, because they were super nice to me when I was just trying to get a cup of water for my dog, and I said that next time I felt like fries, I would come here, true to my word I did. The staff of this Bojangles is very friendly, they were once again very nice to me when I was getting a cup of water for my dog alongside some french fries, which were not salted? Which I think is unusual for Bojangles, but that wasn't actually a bad thing. They were hot, they were super fresh, and it meant I could share them with my dog because the sodium content wasn't insanely too high. I didn't catch anyone's names, but one gentleman offered me a bowl for my puppy to drink out of, although he is used to long road trips with me, and drinking out of cups. So while it turned out to be ultimately unnecessary, the gesture was incredibly appreciated. Once again, friendly staff, free water which really shouldn't be something that's a big deal but in South Carolina apparently people like to charge absorbent amounts of money for one of the world's most bountiful resources, something I am not accustomed to. They were kind, attentive, and it seemed like there was some very enjoyable gossip happening behind the counter lol I'm a vegetarian and I'm not much of a fast food person, so I don't think I'll come here often, but once again, this cements my decision that should I be struck with a fast food fancy, this is the location I would like to be at. I hope these people get paid well, I sincerely doubt it unfortunately, but I bear them in mind when I cast my votes for senators and congressmen who support $15 an hour minimum wage. Because they're working in a hot kitchen, in a difficult state, full of rude people and I do not envy their jobs, but they...
Read moreThe front counter manager seems to be the only on that cares. She works like a dog while others are in body only. No receipt when I ordered. My food was not available so after 15 minutes I stood in the way of the front counter. They said my order got lost. I showed the charge on American Express that can to my phone when I ordered, 15 minutes earlier. They asked what I ordered and the front counter manager stuffed some in a box and handed it to me like a football and said sorry. I opened the box and then asked the drive thru runner that was returning from a parking lot delivery if I could have some sauce for my chicken strips. I showed her my box of food and was given a ranch dip. Obviously no one has seen an efficient operation for fast food or either the management team needs some help. I just feel for the single person that is trying. Go by there and see if you can identify her. I bet she sleeps good at night. She runs like an Energizer Bunny. Just wish they could work as a team because I like the chicken but it is not worth the frustration.
I might suggest folks visit Zaxby's on the bypass and see how the employees work together. Smooth as silk and everyone overlaps their effort to provide the best...
Read moreIf I could give it a negative 10 I would. First off me and my mom drove in to the drive thru and already had to wait like 5 minutes. Then when we got to the speaker we couldn’t even get a word out before the woman on the speaker said what can I get you after she asked us what can I get for you and when we told her what we wanted she asked what sides we wanted and we told her like three times then they were people laughing and then we had to wait another five minutes just to get to the window with the Just one car in front of us then the person in front of up looked upset because they didn’t know what he got then when we got to the window, got our card and he was talking to his coworker about thank you for washing your hands. Then we only had one drink for two orders and then now we are still waiting 30 minutes after so we already been here for 45 minutes , I will not recommend coming here. I would recommend that It be torn down or teach their workers...
