One star is actually generous. On March 6, we received two bookcases. The bookcases were both received damaged in delivery. The delivery guy just left it here and told us that someone would contact us within 48 hours on how to deal with it. Against my better judgment, we kept the pieces no one contacted us and we went to the store and complained that they took our pictures. They submitted them via email and said someone contact us. No one contacted us so I contacted them. They said they didn’t have any pictures. I sent the pictures. Since then, everyone promised to call me back and not one person ever calls back today April 11 was the day we’ve been waiting for someone to come out and look at these pieces cause they said they could not replace them and they had to repair them when I called again today. They said nothing was scheduled. Ashley does not respond to damages. They stick with these items and they lie , these items were paid and paid back paying the bill bill because they are not responding to us and it’s one lie after another lie after another lie

I then called and emailed customer service and after waiting a day Ashley denied all responsibility because I failed to inspect the boxes – they had no marks on them – when they were delivered and also because I moved. Well the whole purpose of leaving the furniture in the boxes was to protect it during the move. My salesperson never informed me that I would have no recourse if the items were damaged. Never do business with this company as they are dishonest and do not stand behind their products.

We purchased a new queen bedroom set in January of 2024. The set took almost 6 months to arrive and when it did the 2 nightstands were the wrong ones and the head board had a 12 inch scratch across it. Recently we discovered wood chips below the bed which turned out to be from broken mattress supports which were not properly anchored by their installers. After 7 months I am still waiting for a new headboard and support frame. After spending over $4800 on a new bed set I am still waiting to be made whole. I will; never buy another piece of furniture from them and would highly recommend any one looking for new furniture to consider anyone else but Ashley.

This business is a sham. Let me just walk you through what has been a nearly three-month ordeal with this company. This nightmare of a journey starts on 10/31/2023. I show up to the store to purchase a bedroom set. Over two hours later, I finally have been able to checkout, requiring not only a sales associate to figure out how to do this, but also someone from leadership. I had added on an in-store item, which they could not figure out how to get on the ticket, so they just added another item of similar cost to substitute it on the ticket. I had also ordered some sconces (online price $39.99 a piece, store price $99.99 a piece). What I did not realize at the time, is that the sales associate included two sconces at each price point on the ticket. When I received these, I promptly went to return them to the store, but the store said I needed to send them back through dispatch when the next delivery came. Tried to do that, and that didn't work. After many phone calls/chats with customer service and three separate trips to the store, the store finally took them back but couldn't give me a return receipt because they would have to process it with HQ. When the return processed in January 2023 (that's right, nearly 3 months later), they only issued $149.78, rather than the full $199.99. Then, on January 22, I'm told by customer service, "Unfortunately, we would not be able to credit the additional funds as the return was completed 12/29." I reached out on 1/7, however, to confirm the details of the return because I hadn't heard from anyone and was unable to do so because it was "still processing." So, apparently, this company is just going to keep my $50 that they owe me. This is also after what was supposed to be a single delivery including all items turned into three separate deliveries without even noticing me until things showed up to the house...

This was the worst experience ever. We paid and were promised delivery within two weeks. On Wednesday, they confirmed the delivery. One hour later, they called and said they were sending a broken bed but that I should accept it. They are supposed to be a white glove service. They assembled the nightstands, but we refused the bed, and they still wanted us to sign for the nightstands. My husband is recovering from surgery and is on crutches, but he wanted to check the nightstands—and they had no legs! So he asked them to attach the legs- why they did not do it in the first place A week later, we got a message saying the delivery would happen that week—nothing. My husband called, and they said it was an error. They promised to send the bed next week. They came today and brought another broken bed. What kind of business is this? And every Wednesday, they send a message asking, "How did we do?" Well, you did a terrible job. Do your job properly and take care of your customers! Never again,...
