I decided to order a large ham pizza today after working all day in the heat so that I wouldn't have to cook dinner tonight. I called in 4 times before i got an answer. After the 4th call I placed my order for a large ham Pizza. I gave the guy on the phone my name and he told me the wait was 15-20 minutes. I go to the China Garden to pick up food for myself then go to Little Caesars to get my pizza the guy informed that my total was 8.74. when I inquired as to why it was so high for a one topping pizza he told me that I ordered a deep dish pizza which I did not, I didn't even know if my family would eat a deep dish pizza but after being told that I'd have to wait another 20 minutes for the pizza that I called in 20 minutes earlier for I decided to go ahead and pay for the deep dish pizza. I was treated like I was trying to get something for free. I was told that I ordered something I didn't order and I got no apology for my order being wrong I just got repeatedly told that that's what I ordered. I called corporate after spending all day in the heat because Little Caesars employees pissed me off so bad and yes I hope both of them are fired over a $9 pizza. First of all, their hours on the door and online say they close at 10, however when I went to pickup my pizza at 9:22 the door was locked and they would not respond to me knocking. I called them and told them I had a pick-up order. They got it from the pickup portal while I'm at the door and instead of unlocking the door and just handing it to me they told me to go through the drive-thru, even though I was standing right there and they weren't supposed to be closed. This wasn't the end to the issue though, they didn't even cut my pizza when I didn't choose the no cut option. I've work in the food industry for several years and so I understand somethings. I understand the want to close early, but if you have digital pickup orders the door should not be locked until the clock hits 10 and if they are that should be stated on Google. If the guest is standing at the door they shouldn't have to get back in their car and drive around. I didn't see anyone above the age of roughly 21 so it felt like the manager had left the closing to the workers so they closed the place early to avoid...
Read moreMy husband came in behind me & ordered at the register but they wouldn't take his promo without ordering in the app. He did, & the order went to another store. He sat there 15 minutes until notified by the app that his order was ready before the employee at this location told him the order wasn't there. Nobody else was waiting & it wasn't busy. They could have talked to him before or even while he waited. They knew they didn't have his order in the kitchen and knew he had made an order in the app because they told him he had to if he wanted his discount. They also knew he was waiting for it. Easier to ignore him & waste his time. So, by the time he drove over to get his food, it was cold. Good, but cold. Mine was fine, but i had ordered ahead & picked up from the portal.
