Jokes on me! I don't know why I waited so long to try one of these cookies. First time in, and let me tell you... the smell of fresh baked cookies slapped me in my face! I didn't know what to do or how to even start my order. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a woman in the front making the cookies. She was very nice and stopped what she was doing to show me how to navigate through the kiosk. I was only going to order four cookies but the variety that they had available that day (10/3/23), I couldn't order just four, so I ordered 6; pumpkin, oatmeal cream, caramel apple, dark chocolate with chocolate chips, mint chocolate, and puppy chow. I received my order rather quickly by another woman who was also very nice and personable. I was told to have a great day, and I left. After dinner, my husband and I tried every one of them. OMG, they were all so good!! Very moist and full of different flavors! My favorite was the chocolate mint. I was going to make a pie for my son's 24th birthday. However, I've changed my mind. I'm definitely going to buy him his own variety box instead. I will forever be a customer of this location.

Have gone twice now and have been pleased each time. Its a little pricey ($13 for 4) but it's worth it for the size of the cookie. There is no way you're eating one in one sitting. We always cut ours in half, and get 8 servings between 4 cookies. My favorite so far has been the Sweet Cornbread Cookie: this tastes exactly like sweet cornbread, just want more honey butter for the top. The chocolate cookie is a household favorite as well -- might as well be a brownie. The cookies are usually a little underdone in the center, which can get weird textural sometimes. Service is good, store is clean, and queue management is good. Wish mobile ordering would come back on!

I've heard great things about this place from several coworkers. Or first visit was Saturday 05/28 at around 2:15 we arrived and there was a line, no big deal. Waited a little over five minutes. Bought four expensive cookies (Berry Crunch, Kentucky Butter Cake, Nila Bean Cupcake and Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip) about $14. Got home to open the box and they looked OK but they were heavy and three of the four cookies weren't cooked thoroughly and they pretty much all tasted like they all had the same bland base. The chocolate peanut butter chip didn't even taste like chocolate. I can't even describe the taste. We didn't finish any of them and threw them all away. What a let down. Yet another place I'll never go back to in Indiana. Just terrible 😞

We have been to the Greenwood IN location multiple times in the past with no real issues UNTIL the last 3 times. We have marked for curbside pickup & they NEVER bring them out curbside. We’ve had to go in and get them. (Curbside was ordered for a reason each time AND we even added a tip each each for the curbside to get no service). They would mark them as on their way out & then nothing. Then when ya go in they seem to have a “dismissive / I don’t understand attitude too”. Only 1 of the 3 times did the attendant actually apologize & added a free cookie for the inconvenience.

Went for a treat after swim practice but was disappointed. The cookies looked and smelled great, but were just not very good. Ordering process was simple, the bakery was very clean and the staff was polite. Brought the cookies out to a car full of excited kids and they all took small bites and said "no thanks" when offered more. $16 for 4 cookies and we ended up throwing away most of it. For that price, I would much rather support a small local bakery instead of a franchised chain. Will not return, and will not recommend to others.

So happy that Crumbl has finally moved into Greenwood! Finally got to go pick up some of their delicious cookies. As with new openings, be patient with the staff as there can be quite a line to get your order in up front. Highly recommend using their app to order ahead so you don't have to wait. Cookies were perfect warm & moist and the staff was on top of their game keeping things moving fast! Definitely recommend this location. Their oreo and chocolate chip cookies are to die for!
