We were told our furniture would be here 4-5 weeks paid in full on Jan 24, still have not received our furniture. I got a call last week stating our furniture would be here Wednesday (today) I call and ask about it and it’s still not going to be here today! We ordered two new “Southern Motion” leather recliners. They are the most uncomfortable chairs that I have ever owned. We have been using them for less than one month. They are nothing like the sample that I tried. I have severe mobility problems and the chairs are aggravating my issues. I can’t sit in either chair for very long without pain. I contacted the owner who said that he would only contact a repair company. The chairs don’t need repaired they need to be returned and refunded. I’m very disappointed in the products...
