Pure Nails — Local services in Greenwood

Henry left my nails looking like they were bleeding after painting my nails the wrong color twice. They were supposed to match my toes but came out bright red first then brown after I asked him to repaint them. I paid and left because I was there for 3 hours at that point. I was so unhappy that night that I knew I wanted to go back. They were closed the next day, so I called the following day to have it fixed after work. He said I wouldn’t be able to have it fixed until Tuesday (almost a week after my original session). I asked for a refund instead so I could have my nails fixed sooner and he refused telling me to “call the police” if I wanted to. Henry seemed nice, but after having issues with service I now see what an act he puts on.

All I wanted was them redone or refunded. Now I have to pay twice to have my nails fixed somewhere else.

Update: bank allowed be to dispute charges, so thankfully I am not out of pocket...

When bringing my girlfriend in to get her gel nails done, they do a Great Job but this lady pushed and pushed and pushed her and her mom to buy her handmade bracelets and necklaces and lotions... Over and over again while doing her nails trying to put the bracelet and necklace on her, she felt the lady was being hostile towards her when she was not interested. Right before paying this lady was asking (why you don't buy) my girlfriend said I don't need that stuff... She and you should never go to feel pushed to...

I was in need of a pedicure when I saw the sign for Pure Nails on Smith Valley. The location just opened under new ownership on 4/18/22, so I thought I would give them a try. I'm definitely glad that I did. My gal was very thorough in removing dead skin on my toes and paying attention to detail. The owners were super friendly and personable! I will definitely be going back! I think I found my new home for pedicures, no more bouncing around to different locations for me! ...
