As a collector of Funko pops I can tell you I will never purchase from this target store again or even make an attempt. There is a website called Brickseek that collectors use to be alerted when the store gets in a specific figure. Every store in the greater Indianapolis area when it shows an item is in stock you walk in and they direct you to where they have them and how many there are. They make sure the line moves orderly and without incident. There is a single exception....the Greenwood store. It shows the item as being in stock and you get some reason why it's not anywhere to be found. It either can't be located in the stock room or it hasn't physically arrived yet. It will show in stock for a couple of days and then suddenly will show out of stock without the product ever reaching the sales floor. So parents when Christmas time comes around and you're looking for the years hot toy that your kid really wants, go to a different target because you'll never find it there. There can be only one explanation.....I will.let the reader draw their own conclusion. Also yes we have been told that brickseek can't be relied upon to be accurate since it is a 3rd party website. But keep in mind that a dozen targets in the area actually had the item on the floor when it showed in stock....except for Greenwood. I have written to Funko to see if they have any means to investigate this type...
Read moreI was charged for my online purchase on 11-28-19 and was told my purchase would be available for pickup on the 4th of December then on that day I took off work 2hrs early only to get a email saying it wouldn't be available now till the 8th of December so I wasted 2hrs of work for nothing and the 2 items I purchased was for my twin daughters birthday on the 5th. So I picked them up on the 8th asked the sales person at the pick up desk why the email said I would be charged when I picked the order up even though I had already been charged 243.94 on November 28th and he said that no I wouldn't be charged again but I get home and noticed on my bank account I was charged again in the amount of 226.84 for the same purchase so I call and of course I have to talk to someone from another country and of course I can't understand a word they're saying I'm on the phone for over a hour and finally get so frustrated I hang up and call back the next day ask to talk to someone in America and then on the phone again for another hour only to be told it's a hold on my account and it will fall off in 2 days which it hasn't still today December 10th and now their holding my money. I will never shop target again and now I have to go through my bank and charge this back as fraud. Thanks for ruining my twin daughters birthdays and for all the stress you...
Read moreI have bought my entire family glasses here over the past few years and have even spent thousands of dollars here for glasses and prescription sunglasses. I go in to the store to order another pair of glasses and was told to come back tomorrow because she was preparing to do inventory and they close in one hour. I was literally going to order the exact same frames but with my newer prescription, which I just picked up my prescription sunglasses a few weeks ago. I will call Monday and get my prescription and I will take my business elsewhere.
I have always had a great experience with the other lady and she has been a rockstar through and through. Unfortunately today she was not working and it sucks that customer service and salesmanship have gone by the wayside in today's retail experience.
