Jokes on me! I don't know why I waited so long to try one of these cookies.

First time in, and let me tell you... the smell of fresh baked cookies slapped me in my face!

I didn't know what to do or how to even start my order. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a woman in the front making the cookies. She was very nice and stopped what she was doing to show me how to navigate through the kiosk.

I was only going to order four cookies but the variety that they had available that day (10/3/23), I couldn't order just four, so I ordered 6; pumpkin, oatmeal cream, caramel apple, dark chocolate with chocolate chips, mint chocolate, and puppy chow.

I received my order rather quickly by another woman who was also very nice and personable. I was told to have a great day, and I left.

After dinner, my husband and I tried every one of them. OMG, they were all so good!! Very moist and full of different flavors! My favorite was the chocolate mint.

I was going to make a pie for my son's 24th birthday. However, I've changed my mind. I'm definitely going to buy him his own variety box instead.

I came in to get cookies. I have a Carmel allergy and asked if it could be put in a paper leave so it wouldn’t touch the cookies I would eat. The guy who helped said it would be no problem. Of course I looked to make sure there wasn’t Carmel in any of the other cookies and there wasn’t just the one. A lady in the back was extremely rude about it. I didn’t release she was talking to me so she starts rolling her eyes and shaking her head in a weird way to get my attention. She said there could be Carmel extract in any of the cookies but I looked before I came in and there wasn’t. I told her this and said something about how if there is I can’t leave a review. Now I’m not leaving a review about the cookies I’m leaving a review about my experience. This was completely uncalled for. I love crumbls desserts in the best way! I always loved that they have a rotating menu each week so you can get to try something new that you probably have never tried before or if you're somebody new who has never had their cookies before. I also like how nice and friendly the staff was at this location and how fast and easy it was to order and to get my order. I would say these cookies and desserts are a bit on the pricey side but I would say it's worth it for the quality, taste, and any experience of just trying them as it is just orgasmic to try these cookies anytime I have them or anytime I'm around a crumbl location. I would say it's worth it to at least come here once, and if you don't like them, then don't come back, but I always like coming here because of their weekly rotating menu. I think it's a genius idea by crumbl. Five stars for the experience...
