Jack's Pizza — Restaurant in Greenwood

I know that I have said it before in this past but now I think that it's time to go on the search for something new. Your pizza in general is usually pretty good but the last few I always order extra cheese which was a good thing or they wouldn't have had any on it period. Your prices have increased so I always order on line because of your pizza perks. So like I said Your prices have increased then I see that you have increased the number of points required. So now the points required for your 1 free large 1 topping is 25 points or roughly 500.00 total spent. Then I go to place an order tonight , I was out thought I would swing by and pick it up on my way home. But now as I'm trying to place my order I discover that I can't because I can't place an order online because I was paying with cash. So I called to place my order and was told because I was calling in my ordered I don't get my perk point. Increase your prices , Increase the points needed , when ordering extra what you get is in no way worth what you charge my last 2 ordered ( extra cheese if I hadn't of ordered it , it would have been cheeseless) and lastly ,,,loosing my point because of paying with cash. Order from here at least 2-3 times a month & spend $49 @ the centergrove location! Last order was wrong & they gave us $30 credit! 1st time in years it has happened! So tonight we call to use it and they dont have record.... even said the last time we ordered was 2/19! Well I order online & i see several for 2019 when I log on but it says last order 12/27/19 but they dont see the same thing I'm seeing! So we want to talk to someone! a refund! because we will never order there again! Basically was called a liar!! You cant lie what's showing in the computer!! I even offered to show what's on my order history! Just rude!! Wouldnt even give us his name!! Manager needs to learn customer service!! We are sad we have to find another favorite pizza place!! We ordered from Jack’s Pizza on Fairview and 135 last week. We have ordered many times. This time there was way too much ground beef on it and no cheese on some parts. So, I called and they apologized and said there would be a credit on our next order. So we call today to order and they said they’re only giving us $5 off. The girl is named Grace. You can tell she’s a teenager; one with NO respect. She said she remembers that pizza and she made it, and it was made right.
