I generally never complain when little mishaps occur, however this time was ridiculous. Went in about 8pm, knowing they don’t close until 1030 so I wasn’t worried about selection. However my wife ordered fried rice and double teriyaki. There were about 8 customers waiting for their orders and some pickups. She was told to wait about 5 minutes because they had run out of teriyaki, but no problem. I ordered white rice, shrimp and teriyaki. Then they said they were out of white rice and I would have to pick something else. Next, they were again out of teriyaki and it would be about 20 minutes, meanwhile my wife’s order was completed and sitting on the prep line getting cold. I went ahead and picked something they had which was down to only orange chicken. I ordered a Diet Coke but they didn’t give me the cup until I finally asked for it. I filled the Diet Coke at the fountain and discovered it was actually root beer. I was told someone had complained earlier and they said to try the root beer to see if it was dt. Coke, it was actually Dr Pepper. After complaining they finally gave me a Coke Zero in a bottle and said they would fix it tomorrow. Got to the table, no fortune cookies. Went and asked and they said they were out of those. So a oriental fast food place with no rice, no fortune cookies, back ordered chicken teriyaki, and a fountain machine giving mystery drinks????? Not to mention it was the first time I had been in there and the floors were dirty and tables...
Read moreI've never felt as disrespected as I did today! My little girl won her very first achievement coupon for making good choices at her school. She received a free cub meal & we were so excited to go & eat there. (I don't think we've gone anywhere as a family since my son was born!) So already it was a big deal.. I was starving & was in a great mood.
First off the lady taking my order was the rudest person I've ever come into contact with at any restaurant. She was constantly rushing me to order saying "Let me know when you decide what you want" and proceeding to make 3 other meals while im telling her what i want... at this point my husband tells the lady " that's not what she wants!" She obviously gets even more annoyed (which I don't blame her, I was trying to be understanding and thought maybe she's just had a rough day). So then she asks if I speak Spanish as if that's going to help.
Ma'am all you needed was a break. You did not have to unload your frustration onto me. I walked in with my family super excited to have a nice meal & celebrate my daughter's achievement. I didn't even care about my food once I got to the cashier.. I wanted to leave. But I kept my cool, for my kids.
Skip this place, avoid the headache, avoid the bad vibes. I'm usually a very understanding person, but people like her should not deal...
Read moreI am a driver for Doordash. I arrived at your Greenwood location to pick up an order. While here another order came through. The first order was ready early--great! However while I was waiting for the second order the lady working the food line approached me & in a very curt tone asked "may I help you?"--Very off-putting. I told her about my 2nd order that just popped up & she said "well, you'll just have to wait behind all these people in line." I don't mind waiting my turn but she continued to wait on people that were coming in AFTER the 2nd order came through. Very rude. This is my 2nd time at this location & neither visit has been positive. I didn't appreciate the rude tone. I've always been respectful & patient (even though when merchants are behind it affects my income but no one seems to care about that). One more bad experience & I won't accept orders for delivery from this location again nor will I spend...
