I want to say and make it very clear that I'm giving five stars to this individual Subway because of one and I repeat one employee and her name is Kaylee I don't know her last name I had the worst trouble with a Subway app and the coupon I was at it for quite some time but during the whole thing this young lady not only helped my mother and I making our sandwiches and very attentive very thorough of what went on top of them how they went and also in the meantime was trying to help me with this coupon I was trying to retrieve and the subway App.... it was very important to me that I retrieve this coupon because it was for my parents my parents who are on social security and disability and we all know they don't get much so every coupon helps for some reason this lady everyone was asking questions of that seemed to be in charge did not want to help me knowing full well I was having a lot of difficulties but seem to not want me to get any money off .. and was very rude... we ended up paying full price. I would like to say to that young lady that was obviously put in charge.... there is only one good way to lead... that is by example... being in management all my life .... there's something else you should know... never and I repeat never is that dollar more important then that customer that is providing it. You would do well to remember that always because without that customer ...you have no business ...you have no job... you have nothing... on a more positive note during my visit I found out Kaylee just graduated from high school ...Kaylee I want to say your beauty shined from within ...your smile your professionalism your wonderful personality was outstandingly amazing... My parents and I are out a lot and today it seems like people are lost when it comes to how to treat other people or how to give good customer service... I drive downtown Indianapolis to work and at lunch I get my sub and it is completely wrong, obviously. I called KEVIN and he said to bring sandwich back to make it. I told him my location and that would not be a possibility. He stated, "Ok, I will just take your name and you can come back through and I will remake. I'M SORRY I WROTE DOWN EVERYTHING." I go back in this morning to get replaced, 2 days later, and KEVIN was working drive-thru. Great I thought. Not so much. KEVIN advised he would NOT remake sandwich because I didn't have the incorrect sandwich with me (this is 3 days later). I have worked in business for 35 years and when you make a mistake you accept responsibility for that mistake. He admitted HE MADE AN ERROR, but yet I paid 17.00 for it and KEVIN refused to correct it. Read moreWe had two separate orders we ordered online. We got to the store and they told us they only had wheat bread we were like okay that’s fine even though that’s not what we wanted. Every table inside was gross I had to ask for a rag to clean off a table for us. Even after asking they didn’t wipe it down I did! The floors were disgusting. We went to get pop almost all the foundation pop was out and they had none to replace it. 3 of the subs they didnt even put cheese on, the put banana peppers on one that wasn’t suppose to have it, my daughters order she ordered 6 cookies and they had no cookies. The employees were rude and were talking about us as if we couldn’t hear them! I took pics of the tables, floors and video of the pop machine where the pop was out!
