If I could give this store a zero star review, I would. I will never return to a Wing Stop establishment ever again and neither will my family. I have been trying to get my money back from WingStop since February 12, 2024 and continue to be ignored and fed bullcrap lines to keep me waiting. The incident occurred on 2/11/24 (Super Bowl Sunday) I ordered online through the website and paid online through the website as well. I put in the time when I would be there to pick it up and I was 5 minutes later than the time they told me my food would be ready to pick up. I waited for over an hour to get my food and left the restaurant with NO FOOD. There were several angry customers that night with a line out of the door when I left and had my husband with our two kids waiting in the car. I gave the woman at the counter the name on my order 3 times and she would walk away and tell me “10 more minutes” then I would wait, and every time, my food never came. Before I left, I asked the woman for a refund and she told me since I ordered online, I couldn’t get a refund in store and would have to contact a number on my receipt sent to my email about a refund. THERE IS NO NUMBER ON THIS RECEIPT. I have to call the store and tell the people working that I need a number to call to get my refund, she gives me a customer service number over the phone. I call and am told a “case” has been created and will be sent on to people higher up and they will get back with me through email. I wait 2 days, nothing in my email so I call again. I get told “they are so sorry for the situation” get told they see the case that has been created and we just have to wait for the higher up’s to respond. So I call back in a week and receive the same information as before. I tried once more a month later but no help once again. Read moreI don’t normally go out of my way to leave reviews, but the staff that worked on Super Bowl night deserve to be recognized. During the game, they received a HEAVY amount of orders. When I got there to pick up my online order, my order was not ready due to the rush, even though the website told me it would be ready within 15 minutes of ordering. The staff apologetically explained to me that the website did not account for the rush it would receive for Super Bowl Sunday and that it would take some time for my food to be prepared. I then sat in the lobby and watch tens of customers, mostly Karens, take their anger out on the staff through insults, disrespect, and yelling at them. One of the staff members was visibly anxious by all of this chaos and hostility, but she pushed through it and continued to provide each customer she interacted with top-tier customer service and more kindness than they deserved, when she could have easily refused them service for their disrespect. The rest of the team could be seen working nonstop to prep orders for their guests, with members constantly coming out to verify orders with patrons to make sure they were getting the correct items and gave priority to the orders of the guests that were already there waiting for pickup. To the staff that was working on Super Bowl Sunday 2025, thank you so much for all of your hard work. Despite all of the hardships customers were throwing at you, you continued to provide service with a smile on your face and consideration for the needs of all your customers! Service like this is not too common at all in our society today.
As for the food, it was your typical Wingstop experience lol. This location has never gotten my order wrong. The restaurant itself was relatively clean. There was some trash left about by unhappy customers that the staff couldn’t clean up right away due to the high amount of orders. Tried to order over the phone and got AI first, ask for a real person and they transfer me, to someone with such a strong accent it took 15 minutes to order two wings and a fry. I then get told everything is $3 more than it shows online which said was the ‘online price’ what?? I asked for a manager and they said let me transfer you to the store… why was I not talking to them anyways?! I get transferred and another woman with a strong accent answers.
