If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered pizza for delivery, it was supposed to arrive at 6:01. It didn't arrive until about 6:20pm, and it wasn't correct or hot. Then I was asked to pick up pizza for a Cub Scout event. This location hasn't been taking any orders other than online recently. So I put an order in for 5 pizzas, all of which are "hot and ready" pizzas. The online ordering system said 14 minutes. I arrived at the location about 15 minutes after ordering to be told first my order was already picked up, then when I explained there were two orders, I was told the second wouldn't be ready until 6:51 (it was ordered at 6:24). They told me to pull into a spot. I assumed they meant to wait. I was frustrated, but I pulled into a spot and waited. I pulled back around at 6:51. The woman doesn't even greet me, she simply opens the window and says "Your order is still not ready!" And she tells me to pull forward. I asked her if she can tell me about how long it'll be. She said she has no idea, the order hasn't even pulled up on their screen yet. I ask how can it not have pulled up when the guy before was able to give me a time. Again she has no idea. I calmly explain that I just want an estimate of time because I'm already late for an event and that I'm supposed to be bringing pizza to a bunch of Cub scouts volunteering. She can't give an estimate and she tells me to pull into a spot. I ask her what for, as in, am I pulling up to wait and drive around again, are they bringing the order out, because they haven't once been clear. She yells "Your order, pull in and wait for your order!" I asked her why she was being so rude to me. I wasn't yelling at her, or even raising my voice. I was wearing a mask, and all I wanted was an estimate of time, or if I could possibly cancel the order as it was taking so long. She yelled that I was being rude, though she walked away in the middle. So then the guy comes back, he was not kind or professional in any way. He told me to pull into a parking spot and wait for them to bring me out my order and if I say one more word he'll cancel my order because he is the assistant GM and he has the power to do that. At this point I'm beyond mad, and I'm very near tears. I didn't do anything more than speak my frustration, in my car, as I pulled into a spot the first time around. I also had two 8 year old kids in my car. By the time I pull in to a spot the second time, they are mad, talking about how mean the people are. My son loves Little Caesar's but says he never wants to come back here again. I go into my confirmation email, looking for a way to just cancel my order, and there is nothing, no information on how. I log in to my account, still no way to cancel. I don't know what to do because the scouts are expecting pizza, but I also don't want anything to do with this place or these people anymore. And I'm afraid this "assistant GM" will pull another power trip and not refund my money. Say they filled the order but nobody came for it or something. But I want to be sure the kiddos and volunteers get food so I wait.... And wait..... And wait. I put my order in at 6:24. At around 7:30ish I finally decide to just go in, with both kiddos (who are tired of the car after an hour of waiting) and either get my pizza or get my money back. We go in, both boys hugging me nonstop (my son to comfort me, my nephew because he has anxiety and was not comfortable walking into this place where he's heard them be so rude). Nobody greets anyone that walks in, nobody comes to the counter. After about 3 minutes the woman from the window puts pizza down and says "Here's your order", but I don't know who she is talking to as there are others waiting. So I clarify that it's my order, and I thank her and tell her to have a good night. I get they were swamped, but it's been a week that they haven't accepted hot and ready orders, and yet they're mean about it. We will not be coming back, and this is the location we use for all Cub Scout events. Not anymore. They're either high or rude, not worth the...
Read moreThis has always been my favorite little Caesars out of them all, but ever since they've been hiring all these little kids to run it I've been getting so-so service. It always depends on who's working. Like tonight I pulled up up at exactly 11pm and this guy I've never seen before tells me that he's not allowed to sell anything after 11pm. And I replied that it's just now 11pm and he said "oh well man, we're already closed, sorry man!" I need to go smoke my joint so be gone dude. At least that's what he looked like. I mean I ain't got anything against weed, but you can almost always tell the potheads because they do such a horrible job and do just enough to keep from being fired. Guess I'll have to ask for a copy of their schedule so I know when I can get a good fresh pizza. It's not only been tonight but the past few times I've been there it's been bad service or nasty pizza. It was awesome back when the owners were always there to make sure everything was going great. And I understand that the point of owning your own place is to be able to sit back and relax while the money pours in. But you need to trust your employees to do their job and do it great, but I guess those days are gone. All we have now are a bunch of moronic millennials making our country an idiocracy. Over half of them can't even tell you who won the civil war or even who the Vice President to Dumbo Obama is. It's not their fault I guess because the parents of today are too busy acting like kids still and letting the grandparents try to raise their children. Anyways, my point is that this was the best little Caesars when it opened and the owners were there to make sure of it. And probably still would be if they could get some real help. This is what happens when you have millennials working for you. So no blame to the owners because they can't always be there to hold this pothead millennials hand and make sure they do their job correctly. So if you post ur hours along with the owners hours so we can know when we can get fresh pizza, or at least don't have to wait because nothing has been made yet. Like I said this isn't the first time I've gotten bad service here. In fact it's probably the 5th or 6th time I've been here and something has been problematic. Used to I would eat here at least once a week but lately I've only been going maybe once a month if that. If the owners read this then I would suggest getting cameras and informing the workers that your watching them all of the time or constantly making surprise visits. Good luck and until then I guess I'll just have to go elsewhere or quit eating little Caesars pizza. It was good while it lasted and thank you for the great pizza I've had...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible! Kristina, the manager is extremely rude and very nasty to others. I called in a large order days in advance for my company party. The person who took the order did not sound the most confident, so I called back the next day to verify. At this point we are still well over 2 days in advance for the time pizza was needed. The woman on the phone just kept sighing like I was inconvenient. I tried asking if the order was even possible, as it was 40 pizzas. She just kept cutting me off and asking what I wanted. After a few long minutes of her bad attitude I just asked for the manager, she was the manager. UGH! If it was not for a large event I would have canceled and went literally anywhere else. When arriving to the store not a single employee had on a mask or gloves. The manager was pitting toppings on pizzas bare handed. EW! The manager gave us a dirty look when we walked in and asked what we wanted. As I started to explain I had the large order she just shouted my total at me and held her hand out. My change was thrown at me and I was never offered/given a receipt. Pizzas were never labeled with what kind of toppings either. Terrible experience. I will never go back here or recommend this place to my worst enemy. Kristina is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. 10/10...
