Burger King — Restaurant in Greenwood

Well for starters my mom asked for extra tomatoes and they didn't put any on it at all, that's not even the worst of it. When she went back in to get it fixed they took her sandwich back to the kitchen put it in a plastic baggy and heated it up in the microwave then wrapped it back up and gave it back to my mom still with no tomatoes. So she called them out on it and they finally made her a different sandwich. Another thing is I thought burgers were supposed to be cooked on a grill. I mean it says flame grilled burger but the new sandwich they gave my mom did not come off the grill they got it from the microwave. Not to mention the fries had so much salt that we couldn't even eat them and the coke we got was like straight soda and no coke syrup, it was like all carbonation. Another thing is the one girl had long nails on that were painted and tape on her fingers and was wearing a bunch of jewelry and your not supposed to do any of that when you work with food. One of the worst experiences ever. Wish I could give them a negative star or zero star. NEVER going back...

the staff is extremely rude. the lady who “helped me” yelled to me from where she was instead of coming towards like uh.. you politely should? i understand being busy, but going “can i help you?” like that in the rude tone wasn’t necessary. she was an older lady too so she knows better. then, there was the cook who when she told I was there for a doordash he responds with “okay, they’re gonna have to wait so” like, where i could hear it. i understand if you’re busy, but you shouldn’t be so rude especially where customers can hear you. if i was talked to politely i wouldn’t have any problem, but they were rude and didn’t care at all. this place is horrible service was, but what can you expect when people hate their jobs. i think the people who work here should work on making themselves happier people lol

I was there few minutes ago, I drive a big truck, as it’s big I parked and go by walk to order food but the problem was that they didn’t take my order because I didn’t drive through. After I came again with my big truck to order food they took my order. I don’t know why they didn’t take my order by walk. This is first problem that I met. Second problem is that I ordered medium size of fries, when I got my order I got only few fries inside of medium size package. Also, they put very dry cheese and it’s was not cutting. The girl who is working there I don’t her name but she was very disrespectful, laughing at me, not listened to me, not giving right order, I was very disappointed with this place, especially with that girl. I never will come to this place ever again. Don’t buy food and don’t use their customer services. It’s trash!!!! Be safe and don’t waste your time and money with this kind of place...
