New cashier left alone. She was very sweet and apologetic for how long it took her to find the keys. Mistakes on order. Some due to not being rang in correctly. Some were due to not making items how they were on the ticket. Had to ask for a table to be wiped in play area as every single one was dirty. Oddly, although it wasn't busy, the young gal only wiped the table I wanted to sit at. Got son's burger fixed which took over 5 minutes only because cashier had to wait for a manager to enter her numbers as they ring in all food that needs to be remade (for inventory purposes). She was standing right at the expedite area and was asked at least 4 times to come enter her numbers but didn't. Once she did, I got the burger in about a minute. Start on my food. Quarter pounder patty was very raw. I took it back and had a repeat of the first mistake. Finally I said quite loudly, Excuse me! Manager acknowledged me but had ignored cashier 3 times as she needed numbers again. Remade the burger. By now I'd spent over 10 minutes fixing errors. The cashier and another gal who'd come to her rescue while fixing the first mistake both apologized several times. The manager other than turning around to see what I wanted offered no apologies. Rather, she told the cashier to be careful ringing in orders because she rang it incorrectly. The second mistake rather than apologize she told me the burgers are usually very pink like this. They temp them to see if they're ok. REALLY? Interesting. I've NEVER had a pink burger at any McDonald's including this one. I don't care if they temped it or not. I'm not eating extremely pink ground beef that's dripping blood into the bottom burger bun. I don't even eat red ground beef at home. Trying to avoid Ecoli. Please Manager . . . Please don't ignore your employees, especially new ones. And Don't forget that customers coming in is why the store is open, so that then kindly. HUGE interior/exterior remodel was just completed. Too bad it didn't affect some of the staffs ability to communicate in a sincere,...
Read moreTHE WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!! I went thru the drive thru at McDonald's, where I ordered a large fry with two large drinks. When I approached the drive-thru window, I was given the drinks and a large fry that was filled half way and was COLD. Before I pulled away from the drive thru window, I let the cashier know and the manager came to the window instead, telling me to pull forward and they would take care of it. So I did - but I ended up waiting outside for 15 minutes, then I figured they must have forgot about me. So, I went inside and waited to speak with the manager. When I met the manager, he was unbelievably RUDE and we had an altercation about my order. I told him that I was waiting at the drive thru waiting area for 15 minutes and no one ever came out to assist me. Then, before I could finish my complaint, he very rudely put his hand in my face and said "I don't have time for this" and waved me away, I was so angry and offended that he would treat a customer that way. As I tried to get his attention, he walked away, totally ignoring me and didn't return, he just continued working as if he couldn't hear me. So, finally asked another worker for the head manager; unfortunately, since it was so late at night, they were unable to get me anybody to talk to but the rude manager I had dealt with before. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS IN ANY ESTABLISHMENT, especially McDonald's. I had no choice but to walk away, my problem was never resolved.
Beware of the manager with the long hair and dreads, shaved head - he was the one who don't have time for customers, then NEWSFLASH: get a different job!
DON'T EAT AT THIS MCDONALD'S YOU WOULD JUST BE WASTING YOUR TIME, THEY DON'T GET ANYTHING RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
