Pour Sports Bar & Grill East County — Restaurant in Gresham

Went in for lunch with family, and we sat outside on the patio. The server came and asked what we wanted for drinks. I said coffee, and when she brought my coffee and creamer, I didn't get a spoon so I could stir the creamer in my coffee. The food we ordered came, and we only got napkins and no silverware. By that time, I finished my cup of coffee (about 15 minutes) and hadn't been offered a refill yet. We were about halfway through with our food when the server finally said that they were making a fresh pot of coffee and would bring some out as soon as it was done. I also asked for a spoon, and she said, "Of course." We finished our food and still no refill after about another 15 minutes, we finished our food, and I just put my cup on my empty plate, and that's when the server finally asked if I wanted a refill when she brought the check. Overall, the food was good, and the server was nice. Just needs a little more attention to details. We will definitely come back since we did like the atmosphere...

Incredibly disappointed with the past couple experiences here, but most recently was the worst.

We visited Saturday around 12pm and the place was very busy. The two servers working could not handle the level of business. I overheard an older man complain he had been waiting 40 minutes for his son to get a brownie and ice cream.. it was super sad. The little boy was so well behaved.

My food came and had little weird hairs in it? Not like human hairs, it almost looked like lint of some sort.. like they wiped their hands on their apron then touched the food. It was very gross. Also my french fries had what appeared to be a beard hair or eyelash.

Many tables went 20-30 minutes with no refills. It was very sad to see. They need to either hire more staff or close the seating off if they cant handle how...

I came in after a long day at work to get dinner and a drink after cashing my check. Place was not busy, and I took a seat at an open table. Got a menu, sat down. Bar staff ignored me for 15 minutes, they talked at the bar, walked by me at my table four times without even acknowledging I was even there. After the fourth time that the waitress walked by without even acknowledging me, I told the bar staff what had happened and left. Was not what I expected since the pro shop has always been so friendly and helpful. It is a lesson on how to lose business, and would not advise this place my personal or...
