Very sad to see they still have a manger working that behaved in such an unpredictable and hostile manner. I was hired on by this company a year ago as their customer service lead. Immediately within one month of my starting a manager decided to discriminate against me and state to other co worker that she didnât want to work with any Indians in the store, and there there are too many Indians.
The company has an EEOCF of zero discrimination and yet did nothing. The district manager decided to compare her comment to hey letâs have a pow wow or if the manager meant something different.
After my reporting to hr they refused to do anything and my work environment only got worse. Retaliation, hostile and combative management. One employee decided to harass me and become combative after I made a tower to management that they were making threatening language against myself.
As a result I had to quit due to my safety. I have not been in the establishment for over a year and for the first time I had to come in unfortunately itâs one of the few shopping stores in my local area. And as soon as O walk in I am given harassing behavior from management. I purchase my few things and leave.

I used it for 10 minutes, but it back in the packaging because it was not deep massage as stated. The Gresham store is closer to my home in Clackamas, so I went there this evening. The cashier, took it out of the box asked me if I had used it I explained I had for 10 minutes then repackaged it because it was not deep massage as stated on the box. She calls for the manager she was questioning me again. I have my receipt I explained it did not work as stated on the box. They were not nice about it and were not moving forward with the refund, when I bluntly stated I want a refund. I got a lecture from the manager and a disapproving look from the cashier. I got my refund, bank on my card. Wow! I thought about just leaving but decided to continue shopping. The lady in the dressing room was so nice as well as the cashier that helped with my purchase. I wonder how they treat people that don't have the ability to stand up...
   Read moreYesterday was trying to return a merchandise that was purchased from the Marshals Gresham. The long dark hair customer service representative compared the receipt with the merchandise. It matched. Then she asked if anything wrong with it.Then she took the blouse to another employee and started checking the blouse and stitches. I asked why. She told me that the plastic-string attached to the label does match their store. I told her that I have a witness and the blouse was purchased from their store. She called manager, who instead of helping kept smiling and telling that they are following the protocol, which I never experienced at other Marshals. The cashier finally issued a refund but did not apologize for trying hard not to accept the legit return. She handed me the receipts with angry expression on her face.
