American Deli — Restaurant in Griffin

Picking up my order I noticed that the lady had on gloves and was cleaning the counter off with a dish cloth. Then she proceeded to go into the refrigerator (with the same gloves on) pick up 2 pieces of food, drop the food in one of the baskets that other food was frying in. I asked the lady at the counter to make sure she didn't touch my wings with those gloves. Well there was a younger light skinned girl who said "so what - she doesn't want us to clean" very loudly. So I said, "it's not that. I don't want the gloves that you've cleaned with touching my food." The young lady proceeds to talk but walks away. The other young lady (dark skinned in a red hat), tells me that I may as well stop talking about it bc she changed her gloves. So I said the point is she's the one still talking about it. I asked for the lady's name that was so upset but she wouldn't give it to me. I will be calling the store tomorrow to complain. That is poor...

I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this restaurant on North Expressway. I placed an order the other night and they got my order all wrong. I asked for a Philly beef and wing combo with no mushrooms. I got a chicken Philly with extra mushrooms. And I’m allergic to mushrooms. I tried calling them back and they were rude as hell kept hanging up the phone . I had to call 10 times before they finally answer the phone and I talked to the Owner explaining what happened and he was like ok we will take care of it the next day. Called the next day he LIED saying that he told me to bring the food back which he didn’t say and just making up lies. So I just told him that I could of died from the mushrooms in my food but he didn’t care. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. AMERICAN DELI ON NORTH EXPRESSWAY...

Not really impressed people look depressed, wings weren’t good it’s like they’re not consistent with the sauce. (Lemon Pepper, Hot, Wet Mix) IDK I’ve had other American deli and this one just wasn’t up to standard. If y’all don’t like working there don’t take it out in our food just change jobs. Cause we’re out here paying your bills by coming there and it’s frustrating when there are employees doing a half as job and then I gotta make trips back and forth to get my order right. I also noticed the wings seem like they’re getting smaller and smaller and y’all charging more and more what’s up with that?
