The manager has very poor costumer service don’t tell a costumer something and then go back on your words and they never answer the phone they let the phone ring and let it go to costumer service and costumer service don’t know if anything is out of stock because they can reach them ! This place is horrible and needs be shut down! I placed and order yesterday for carry out I called it went to costumer service they told me my order submitted and wait 15 mins ok I did as so I got to the Pizza Hut drive thru the man asked me what’s my name I told him and then proceeds to tell me my total I paid for my order as soon a I paid the manager comes around the corner saying I was just finna call you we are out of stock on chicken Alfredo I said ok can i just have my refund because I don’t eat pizza she told me yes but it will take 3-5 business days because I used a card I said ok she told me THAT SHE WOULD GIVE ME A $25 IN STORE CREDIT I asked could I use it now to get wings she proceeded to tell me no it has to be in the future I said ok fine so today I got up a went back to Pizza Hut to use my in store credit first the man in the front told me that he did not see my in store credit she didn’t put it in the system and then he told me he sees the order but no In store credit reminder I still have not received my refund yet so i asked did he see my refund he went and pulled all the credit cards that was used that night he says the paper say refund only and that I will have to wait until 5pm because that’s what time she comes in but when I came in he told me that he talked to her five times today when I asked where was she when I came in . So I waited until 5 I went there she was walking out the bathroom so I said hello you remember me from last night she started looking back at her friend like I was talking to her I said you are the manager right ? She said yes I said do you remember me she said “ oh hey I remember you “ I said I’m here for my in store credit she told me hold on and told one of the employees to Place my order the employees took my order and told me that I had to pay I told her I had in store credit she said ok let me check with the manager AGAIN so she came back and said do you have a pizza reward I said no so she told me that i had to 7 mins for my food I said ok and went back to my car to sit 10 mins go by and I go back in she told me I had to pay $5 because the manager said she only told me $20 dollars I asked if there is cameras back there she told me yes I said please pull the tape she...
Read moreFinal Resolution: Received pizza nearly 4 hours after initial order and it was offered to me free of charge but I paid the delivery driver $21.00 anyhow because I'm not expecting or looking for free stuff. This store needs to implement some changes in the way they deal with people. The following is a journal of this experience. I told the manager at this location that my review is here and that it isn't pretty. Also told him that if I got my pizza that I would update my review but that it still would not be pretty. I kept my word and encourage them to do the same.
This Pizza Hut doesn't give a care about being honest!!! They'll lie and treat you like household garbage. They told me that my pizza was on the way... 1.5 hours later they hang up on me 4 or 5 times before realizing they need to talk to me so I'll quit trying to call back. Now I've asked to speak with a manager and have been on the phone for over 11 minutes on hold. They have no intention of making it right!! Please don't give them any business... They don't deserve it the way they treat people!!!
Update: after waiting on hold for about 15 minutes the manager finally answered and has said that he'll make it right. We'll see and I'll report back on this review with another update.
Update: Apparently they just blew smoke up my skirt to throw me off. I'm getting nothing but excuses and have been on hold for over 42 minutes! I'm hanging in there to produce evidence for corporate. Taking screenshots that show number and length of call. If corporate doesn't make this right... I'm done with Pizza Hut forever!

Read moreBeen here a couple times before and was not pleased at all by cleanliness, food, service, etc. but I figured we’d give in another try. One person working tables on a Saturday night. We had a party of 5 and were forced to sit in a booth that sits four because all other tables hadn’t been cleaned off. As we ordered drinks and food, our waiter and another waitress who was coming into work got into an argument right in front of our table. The waitor asked the waitress coming in to clock in early due to only one person (him) working tables and the waitress coming in responded with, “I have 2 minutes before my shift start...” not very professional. Our service wasn’t horrible from our waiter he was actually pretty friendly but any time we asked the other waitress for anything she seemed un happy to do her job. Food was alright, not horrible, never got our wings that we ordered but our waiter took them off our check and gave us a coupon for our inconvenience. I would not have wrote a review, I usually just won’t come back, but the fact that the young waitress did not want to clock in 2 minutes early to help her co worker out who was struggling and then argued right in front of the customers just put a very bad taste in my mouth.
