I placed an order through the mobile app. Once completed, I was notified that my order would be ready for pick-up at 2:17pm. It was 2:13pm when I left home and I arrived at the restaurant at about 2:22pm. As I walked through the door, I hear the manager ask the sandwich maker, "Did this online order for Daniel go out already?". I replied, "No, she just walked in." The manager turned around with a very unconcerned look on her face and asked me if I was Daniel. I said yes. She turned back around and continued bagging the order for a gentleman who was waiting when I walked in. She finished his order and handed it to him. At that moment, a woman walked in who was picking up for Doordash. The manager prepared the order for Doordash and I continued to wait. Finally, the manager decided to ask the sandwich maker to make my food. She slowly bagged my order and asked me if I needed any condiments. I told her, "Just the marinara that goes with the cheese sticks". She looked at the order screen as if in disbelief an then said, "I'm glad you said something cause I almost forgot them". She put the cheese sticks and marinara in the bag, handed me the bag an walked over to the register to take a woman's order who had been waiting. After she finished taking the woman's order, she looked at me and asked, "Watchu need?" to which I answered, "My milkshake." She again looked at the order screen in disbelief. She prepared my milkshake. I ordered a large and she gave me a regular but at that point I had dealt with her attitude and been in the restaurant long enough. I took what she gave me and left. Arby's?.. the food is good, but not good enough to deal with someone's attitude. ESPECIALLY if they're constantly making mistakes. Your restaurant rating is currently a 3.9. You shouldn't wonder why. You want a better review?.. a better score? Maybe you should look into doing some hiring and firing. Oh an by the way? It was 2:48pm when I left the restaurant. That amount of time spent in a restaurant that wasn't busy by any means is ridiculous. Keep this in mind if you decide to stop at this location. 1st, be prepared to spend an unreasonable amount of time waiting for food with no lines and 2nd, check your bag before you leave to make sure that you get everything you paid for. If you modify your food in any way, check it before you leave to make sure they prepared it correctly. Why can't every restaurant have Chick-fil-A level...
Read moreI noticed this only happens in the city of Griffin. The drive-thru was slammed where cars were 30 deep. My mother-in-law and I Lincoln ordered to very simple orders 2 beef and cheddars and pastrami slider
5 minutes went by 10 minutes went by 15 minutes went by we are watching the cars in the drive through pull up into parking spots my only cashier and the food out to those patrons waiting. That you served at least 20 vehicles at the drive-thru before we got our order. 2 beef and cheddars 1 pastrami slider took 50 minutes. Nobody wouldn't talk to me while I stood there watching the people now coming inside behind me at least 20 deep yo money in that 50 minute time. Told me that they had run out of beef and cheddar yes my seven-year-old mother-in-law who just wanted a small pastrami's letter could have had hers. This place friends as dysfunctional as any probably run fast food places I've ever been to.
You know there's issues with staff and attitudes and low pay to try and get good people to stay on when in the middle of a rush manager of the store is interviewing an employee. A shift employing ran the back of the lobby tell the manager they couldn't handle it because they ran out of beef for the beef and cheddar nobody knew what to do except manager. I stood there I watched the workers you guys have holding up sandwiches as if you have no particular place to go. I've worked in this industry before and the good part is there are days where you don't have to bust your hump and you make good money but there are days where you must Step Up or you get reviews like this one that hopefully the owner will read and make some changes. I ain't never and 47 years of my life waited 50 minutes 4 2 beef and cheddars and a smoked pastrami slider. Shame on all of you on the Flipnote kudos to those of you who do bring it.
Next time y'all ask for a raise do what your manager does and if your manager is the problem and doesn't pitch in or step up...
Ummmm kind of like taking an interview during lunch rush hour where every day your store is jammed Best in 21 hope next time...
Read moreSo I went to this Arby’s for my mom and other family members. I went through the drive through with a pretty big order. After ordering the person that tools he order repeated it back to me at like ward speed (so I don’t know what she said or if the order was correct). So I pulled around to the window and requested that they please repeat the order to make sure it was correct. It was not I I re explained the order. Still didn’t get it right. So I decided I would pull around and just go in to hopefully make the process a little easier on us all. My brother went I. To redo the order and they kicked him out of the store. When he got back in the car, I said hand me the money I’ll go in and try. When I went in the cashier asked how they could help me. I said (word for word) yes, I was just at the drive through window and the order was big and a little complicated, so I thought it best to come in and try to help make it a little easier so we can get the order correct (mind you I was very kind and polite). The lady then gets huffy and puffy with me saying it wasn’t a complicated order and they were handling it (in a very rude and hateful manner). I said ma’am I came in to try to make this easier not to be talked to like this, do you have a manager I can speak with please? She said I’m the general manager, so I said I’m well you answer to someone can I please speak with that person because I’m not going to be talked to like that. She then yelled at me and said there was no one else but her and she was refusing to serve me. This was not the 1st bad experience at this location. I WILL NEVER go back and I encourage anyone else even thinking about going there to please go somewhere else. I did call corporate and told them this exact thing as well. They are trying to get me in touch with the district manager so I can let them know what took place. This Arby’s need to be shut down or the whole staffing there needs to...
