Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Griffin

The manager here is rude. I ordered oreo bites and Breadsticks. A medium pizza with bbq sauce, chicken and cheese came. Not even something you can just eat. I call and explain. He tells me I ordered on DD so I need to go to them. I said fine. Can I still order right now I still would like some food. Speaking to me like I'm dumb he let's me know I'll have to pay for it. I said we'll I'm not a GD idiot of course I'll pay I just want some food. Didn't raise my voice or sound rude. I'm just talking. He said I began to curse at him. Like huh? And he hangs up. I call back and he gets a attitude and tells my he don't have to take that from me. Mind you I said one curse word not at him but in general. How he got to be a manager with such thin skin and lack of customer service skills is beyond me. I didn't feel comfortable placing my order with him, so I asked for someone else, of course he refused. Why would I want to put and order in with someone who just hung up on me and now has an attitude. I didn't bother to order because now I'm just all around uncomfortable. Ordered online for delivery and the pizza that was delivered had the wrong ingredients. Had to call the restaurant to correct the mistake and request another pizza to be delivered. They asked if I'd return the pizza with the wrong ingredients when my corrected order was delivered, which I thought to be strange (afterall, what were they going to do with the old pizza; give it to another customers?). While I waited, I also requested a drink be delivered with the new pizza. When I finally received my order, they not only charged me for the soda (which I didn't mind paying for but should've gotten free for my inconvenience) but they had the audacity to charge me a delivery fee. Papa John's restaurant has lost me as a patron and there are so many other and better pizza restaurants to visit. Never again will I shop at...

I will never order again. Pizza showed delivered but wasn’t outside. Called the store and the manager said they’re going to switch drivers (??) and it will be here in 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes go by so I called again. She acted shocked and said she would make another pizza and send it immediately. One hour later, still no pizza and now no one would pick up the phone. I called three times before the store closed and no one answered. Four hours waiting for ONE pizza that never arrived. Scrambling for dinner at 10pm was not what I had in mind when I ordered at 6pm. I’ve emailed corporate twice without a response. I still have every screenshot of each call I made as well as their online chat saying corporate would reach out.
