7/6/23 I and my 4 kids (16yo, 10yo, 9yo, 5yo) ate an early dinner (a little after 4pm) here as dine in guests for the first time. We normally order pickup/to go 3-4 times a month (salad and wings is the only thing we have eaten from here). It was not crowded, only 2 other tables seated at the time and what seemed like 2 servers. Adequately staffed. We waited to be seated, as there was a family placing a to go order. We were seated in the back round booth in the corner. The establishment was clean and well kempt. The music was a bit loud as our waitress repeatedly asked us to repeat what we were saying as we were ordering. We ordered fried shrimp ($10 and some change) as an appetizer. And for our main courses, 2 house salads with fried chicken ($10 and some change each) and 2, 6pc wing combos ($10 and some change each). Our appetizer came out with our salad, and the wing combos came out 10 minutes later. The shrimp appetizer was a small bowl of popcorn shrimp...so disappointing for paying over $10. The server was unable to offer us another dipping sauce for our shrimp, as the boom boom sauce the dish comes with was not on the try when she brought it out, but the were also out of tarter sauce...so we settled for ranch. Both salads had tomatoes, but we never verbally complained or sent food back. The salads and wings were good, as that is normally what we order when patronizing this establishment. I am not sure of my servers name, but she is blonde with a bull ring piercing. She was pleasant and attentive. My only issue is with the large party tax of 20%. I am a mother wit 4 kids, while I'm aware 4 kids is alarming to some, it still wouldn't b considered a large party at a national chain! When this was brought to the servers attention, she immediately offered to remove it and apologized for it!?!?! She further explained that they normally do it for parties of 5 and over. In return, I explained to her that I am a mother having dinner with my kids and not a "large party" and that it should have never been added. She removed the charge and quoted me a new total. I reluctantly paid it and went back to the table. If it can be removed at will, it leads me to think it can be added at will. If that is the case, it's sad that she felt she had to try to sneak that extra and very unnecessary charge on my check to ensure she would have a tip. I work in the food service industry and would have never done that to a mother and her kids just out to have dinner. I was displeased at the portion size for and appetizer to actually be a single small serving side of popcorn shrimp for over $10, as well as the "large party" tax. We will probably never dine in again and we will certainly limit our visits per month. Pictures is the receipt along with the tomatoes from my salad (I have a tomato allergy and break out in hives if eaten). Overall, underwhelming dine in experience experience. Currently home taking Benadryl for my hives. 8/16/2023 Returned for take out around 6pm, just my husband and I. We were greeted promptly and our order was taken. We ordered a house salad with no onions and no tomatoes, and a 20pc wing, half mild, half lemon pepper, with ranch for both wings and salad. The dining area wasn't packed, but it wasn't empty either. It was a bit cold, so we waited in the car for about 25 minutes for the food. Food was good, only 4 ranches for the whole order, but nothing to be upset about. Was an overall pleasant experience and will continue to return as a take out customer.

Wings are AMAZING!!! Super good! I got the Loaded Buffalo Chicken and fries! Mm-mm-yummy! Fried pickles are really good too. Not the best in 20 miles around, but best I’ve had in Griffin! Food service was a little slow, but I wasn’t in a rush. Great place to watch a football game. Two tv’s per booth! Love it!!! Parking is limited and could be a challenge. Not super handicapped friendly, but we managed ok. A wheelchair or scooter could be a little more challenging. You know what the say, “where the police eat you know it’s good”. Well there were 4 of Griffin’s finest eating when we walked in. Prices are not unreasonable, but they are up there. At least the quality and quantity was good for the price. Definitely worth it and definitely coming back!

It’s very low key outside but you come in and you instantly feel comfortable!! HUGE portions and super affordable. The first night we had the chili lime pork rinds that they make in house and then the wing combo (lemon pepper) that comes with fries. I wish I would’ve gotten pictures but that’s alright because we came to eat the next night as well! Kristy is a gem and we had her for both visits. Kristy was a sweetheart and super patient as we asked 101 questions about the food and menu. They hand batter their tenders and their wing flavors are top notch!! Oh and they have all day happy hour!!

After a long hard morning (dick child, sick husband, picking up prescriptions, preparing for a wedding at our house, etc.), I decided to stop and bring some wings home for lunch. And to have a beer - which I never do during the day but like I said, long hard morning. Never been here before, so when I walked in I grabbed a menu and sat down at the bar. The place was busy and there seemed to be only only server - who was right in front of me and never said a word. She looked at me in a way I thought was harsh and proceeded to ignore me. I sat there for 15 minutes trying to decide if I was going to leave or not when I decided I would go online and order my food. Had to be quicker, right? When she saw what I was doing she asked me what I wanted to drink and walked away before I could answer. I just about had my order complete when she asked me again. I told her but she then left to go wait on a table of about 8 people. I’m only one person. I’d been in there 20 minutes…She came back, got my drink, took my order. I wanted onion strings but there weren’t any. That happens sometimes so I’m not complaining about that. Not to much. Then, I sat there for what seemed like forever. Finally I made an under my breath comment about wondering if my food was going to be ready anytime this century. After a while she went back and got it. It wasn’t a huge ticket but I dropped over forty bucks for lunch. And it was forty bucks I don’t normally spend on lunch. The fries were mushy, the wings order was wrong, and the wings tasted like reheated from yesterday. I can fix that kind of food for myself. I ordered the togo family special, asked for half of the order to be flat only. I think it had 2 flat. I asked for them to be crispy. They were not. I even questioned her about the hot wing side because it didn’t look like it had any sauce. I found out it did. All watery and oozing on the mild garlic parm side that I was sharing with a 6 yr old. He couldn’t eat them. The sauce also oozed all over the bag. It was a mess. I will say I liked the flavors but as I said, the chicken tasted old. It was a big...

If I could leave a negative review I would. I just left there. Here's the facts,

I have a family of 7. We have 2 12 yr Olds, a 10 yr old, 6 yr old, and 2 yr old toddler. Plus me and the wife. We all ordered food at the same time. The food came out in a timely manner, however apparently they forgot to put my wife's order in. The kids will eat, but I will not eat in front of my wife, I will eat with her. I asked, if they would remake mine to be hot when my wife's arrived. The did. When the food arrived, I tastes mine and did not like the flavor of the honey bbq. So I asked for mine to be removed from the ticket. This time the kids were all done with theirs. The manager came and I told her to try the sauce that it might be spoiled. She said she did and it taste fine. Ok.... so I asked for the ticket and Togo plates for my wife's ( bc she won't eat if I won't.) The manager brought Togo boxes and the ticket. That added $18 gratuity bc of ( large party) . I really don't have a large party. So I paid the cost of food, plus tax, and $5 gratuity. Still paying $80 on a $ 75 ticket. The manager followed me to the car demanding I pay the rest. I told her no. That I paid for the food, tax , plus more. She said I have a large party. I told her really I don't. That they need to post signs. She stated they don't have to, to charge large party. I told her to call the cops then. She stated that if I do they will make you pay the rest. I said. Right ? She told me not to come back. I said, don't worry. I won't.

Definitely would skip this place. Over charge, they cut the tenders in half. Rude...
